PC2 Project Cars 2 Leagues (merged)

I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

Sorry Guys, with Spiff and Rebel Dropping out we just don't have enough people to make it worth running tonight. Going to indefinitely postpone the Series until we get more People Committed to showing up. Hopefully more will return after patch 4 is released.

Ya I was thinking about diving into my F1 career mode as well. I do think it would be fun to post a car and track on Sunday, so people can tune, then run that on Wednesday nights as something casual for now

I've got NASCAR Heat, the first one. Which one would you use for events? I didn't really get much into the game as I got it at the same time as Assetto Corsa, and i'm not much of a nascar fan but the idea of running ovals intrigues me.

In all honesty I have become very unmotivated to race recently and hence my lack of practice recently, so need the break next week.

Quali - p10 - could have improved but couldnt put all the sectors together.
Race - dq
Got a decent start and held on to liam and jamie. Got a run up to the chicane on liam a few laps in, but he was starting to spin across my car before i even felt contact, but we both went off.
Glanced the barrier 2 laps later damaging my front suspension somehow, so pitted but the stupid game disqualified me.

Quali - p5 - decent lap, but could have been 4th with a clean one.
Race - p6
Got passed by scooby on lap 2, but soon found myself in p4 due to jamie and liam making mistakes.
Then let my famous train around for a few laps.
Almost had an incident with ben at the chicane, but he did well to avoid me. No need to give the place back, but he did, so i didnt say no.
Pulled away a bit, but then kept my foot in whilst running wide, instead of backing off, ending up in the wall and dropping to 6th, where i finished.

Q: 1 It’s a good thing Gaz didn’t go any faster because that’s all I had.

R: 1 Well, made a good start, but not as good as Bottas, oops I mean Gaz. Followed him around for a few laps then I got stuck on the curb at the outer loop and the car did it’s own thing. I only received 5 damage somehow, but I damaged my suspension so I had to pit on lap 5.

Came out behind Scooby and just in front of Adam. Adam hung on to me and we chased down Scooby which is when I cashed in one of my favors with Scooby and he let me bye after the chicane. I thought I would finish second however Gaz also let me bye after the chicane through unforeseen circumstances. I didn’t deserve the win, but I’ll certainly take it.
