I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

You drove into me there from those clips fella. That was lap one of a long race, I am sure I have seen multiple posts regarding not overdoing it at the start. You came from miles back, but there was enough room. My cars path was consistent and you left the track and rejoined into the side of my car. So in my defence, I was not moving all over the track and did not initiate the contact. Had you have made the corner along side me, we both would have got through.

Did anyone record this race? I attempted to after the race but it failed. I also thought I said "xbox record that" when I rolled my car but I don't have any clips of it. I'd love to see what really happened when I rolled. It was somewhere around lap 30 I believe. I caught too much curb on the inside of the first left hand turn and spun in the wet in slow motion. As I was stopped sideways across the track, Swamp Rabbit was close behind and had no where to go. He slowed way down but tapped me in my drivers side door and I rolled. Would love to know what it looked like from the outside.

Here are this weeks hotspots, no penalties are required in the feature. Only 1 driver broke the limit in the sprint, The limit is 3. Note to stewards, the gap between the offending driver and the car behind was huge, so just incase you wish to apply something other than a time penalty. (Adam did the popularity co.... i mean hotspots, im just posting them)

To defend one of those I had, I was entering Blanchimont, with Liam pretty much on my inside (1min 26 of vid), so was being cautious not to have an accident, as we both would have gone off.

I believe the rules state leeway when in combat? I was conscious if I took that apex on that lap with Liam placing his car where he did, I would have taken his nose of on entry and probably be busted for another move and stewards enquiry. I believe if I had taken the corner, my car would have needed to be where Liam's was, but that would have meant Liam would have had an accident going into Blanchimont, because I would have taken the apex, where a tiny portion of his car was. Something I was trying to avoid.

I would hope common sense would prevail, but I am just fighting my corner.

Video: all of it
Drivers involved: Matt
Deacription: i get a run on Matt, and pull to his right, as shown in the video i get alongside then im pushed off track, and wasn't allowed back on. Out of all of this, Matt managed to stay ahead, and Ben got by me too, so a clear overtake, went to losing a place due to being forced off. Again this is the sprint so the car behind Matt is a long way back, for if this affects any decisions
