I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

Not a very fun race for me. A track I don’t really like, I put in a lot of practice getting my laps from 2:25’s down to 23’s and 22’s only to have it ruined in the first few corners of the track with inadvertent contact. Cubitt ran such a quick pace I was pushing hard to catch and made a mistake in Eau Rouge which put me within the grasps of Have’s charging Ferrari. Missing the turn-in in Eau Rouge by a few inches sent me and Have into the wall for the grande finally, putting 2nd place out of reach as well.

I didn't double check host settings, and 1st attempt was Public. Randoms trying to join caused Railer to disconnect repeatedly. Reset to Private, tried to invite Railer back, but no luck. Sorry. Qualified 4th, and looked forward to a solid run around Spa. Heading to the first chicane on Lap 1, I received my first Rictal Exam courtesy of Mr. Splash. Not a pleasant experience, trust me. Buckled down and worked my way to P2, inheriting the lead during pitstops. Leading at halfway, the plan was to only stop for a splash of fuel. I think I could have finished on fumes, without stopping. With 5 minutes left, Swamprat1993 pitted from P2, I tried to extend the gap, and pushed too hard on worn tires, spinning at my favorite chicane. Gap now gone, I pitted and threw away 2 spots. Mandatory Pit Stops, be damned!

These disconnect issues are really starting to kill this game for me. Such a solid game but can't have any organized races without having half of the grid getting disconnected!! I can deal with messed up pit stops and fudged setups but not being able to race period just defeats any urge to play the game. I'd rather race and get screwed over than never start at all.

Not a great race for me. Didn’t get any practice in before the race, was pretty happy with p.2 in quali. Had a good start to the race but then had a collision with Michael at the top of the hill which ruined both our races. A few laps later I ran into the back of Michael after he got out of shape at the top of Eau Rouge. After that my race was over due to a tyre pressure bug which was unfortunate. Hopefully we can get more than 4 in the pro lobby for next race.

Congratulations to Cubitt on a great performance and a fantastic win, well done mate.

Time Period: Whole Video

Drivers Involved: Myself & Killer Ramsay

Brief Description: I start a flying lap, with Ramsay coming out the pits, you can see i get closer and closer, by the end of Sector 1, im probably close enough that he should move on the run down to the hairpin, but he does not, stays ahead, spins, and throws away my lap. I had my lights on in accordance with the rules, to show i was on a lap. Ramsay did not finish the race due to a rage quit.
