I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

Pretty fun race.. need some AI though if people are going to skip out on showing up. Only had one bad mistake, but no spins so I'm pretty happy about that. I guess I shouldn't have changed tires and I may have been able to maintain third, but Beans was all over my bumper for a few laps so I don't know if that would have held up.
Yeah there were some no shows, not much interest this week, although we should have had 9 with Globe, Doc, and Steak who were gonna come.
Thanks for all those who came to race, it was good fun and challenging around Silverstone in these cars. As for the tires, yeah they will typically go the whole race in the RS01s, don't think we've had one yet where they needed changing. Shame you didn't know that info Mike cause you and Beans were having a good battle for P3 it looked

Yeah was pretty fun, especially when you have the car setup to catch it before it spins. Might have to throw in some AI at 90% or something to fill out the field. That way if we slower guys fall too far behind we have some fodder to pass, LoL.

Ben, stop changing you car from Aston to M3. Your driving the Aston :)

Is there another practice race this week?

I've been testing the M3 on a few tracks and I'm having a hard time stopping the tyres from overheating at times.
At catalunya the front left wears so quick and stays hot, regardless of the pressure I run.
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?
