The numbers are only falling slightly, but everyone enjoys "Freedom day" as if it was an great achievement and not total fail of the polititians.

Back to nicer things:

Brands Hatch really, really does not agree with me.
( which of course could also just be my usual moaning, complaining and sandbagging)

Worth a try but consider the situation where two Audi's are side by side following a Mazda. One decides to go for it and the other waits. Again the one that waits is disadvantaged and there probably won't be a penalty for the one that passed.

Since we're doing gentlemen's agreements... we could agree that the Audis have to "maintain position" until the Mazda has been passed? It would work as if the Mazdas now had their own (negative) magnetic field from which incoming Audis would be repelled, negating any increase in velocity of those incoming bodies... Sorry, my coffee was a bit spiked.
