Assetto Corsa Racing Club event
So we did this:

T1 REALLY..PNG

?? AGAIN??

??HOW HARD CAN IT BE??

OH, BTW Raul, I´ll never trust you again:cautious:
How you took P19 from me was a really dirty trick:mad:
He said "i´m on the inside" I adjusted my line to not kill him, got unstable and had to catch the car.
All while he made it round the outside.
Not cool .

Not happy with this one.

Carsten

Well, that was a race to forget for me. Terrible crash in T1, then somewhere in the back. Then mistake after mistake lined up. Not really my style, but I've given up. Will definitely be better next time.

Great track by the way. Group C would be great here. :)
Hey Hank, you are not alone. Worst race i have had in a long while. Lost concentration in the end which of course made for some off road action. Plus a new gentleman driver treated me like we were on a public server and sent me down the old part of the track without a sign of sorry. Pissed off am i

First of all sorry to Callum (whats his RD? name wanted todo pm) to the get together at the end of the straight but actually I could not do much as your car warped several meters to the back just at the braking zone where i wanted to let you enough room on the left but could not do much there and we touched (maybe I will post a video if necessary). Seems my RD membership ended today could not say sorry on discord as I could not get into the server , will renew now. There were some more warpings during race where it got superclose. Don't know which internet was the problem. The first incident I tried to stay on the inside but unfortunately we touched. As it was little bit optimistic I waited after the incident. Sorry. shame that it happened.

video of the warp, was a teleport several meters back what a shxx

Well, this was a new experience for me:
1) Did not get lapped
2) Actually did get to do some racing and some fighting
3) Improved my timing during the race

That was a lot of fun and a good taste of things further up the middle of the field. Now I just need to "get gud" to be able to enjoy this in regular and more balanced races.

That said, I did see some improvements during my race and during practice I was playing around with the settings and was able to get the Abarth slightly more nimble while retaining enough control.

My race would not be complete without a couple of concentration gaps and mistakes here and there but luckily nothing too serious and above all: I didn't take anyone down with me :)
It cost me some positions, but I would say in the end my position was fair: those last 10 min I felt right at home with the pace of the cars around me - could not overtake and had a stable gap behind me. And yes, they were all Mazdas... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was on the lucky side today! (for a change... :O_o:)

I liked this track from the start, lots of fun laps in practice, even did lots of laps in the Abarth, so much fun to drive that one here. But decided to stick to the mazda and focus on consistency while pushing. That worked out, sort of. Qualy 11th, PB so can't complain about that.

The race. Man, I was focused at the start! Me: "don't kill 'em, brake early, steer clear away from spinning cars!!" repeadetly, like a mantra. As I said, I was lucky tonight, survived the first corner, did some minor sightseeing on the grass a few corners up the road, but managed to stay alive even longer. I have to be on (and over) the limit all the time to keep up with the fast guys, so constantly at risk of overdriving. But I managed reasonably well today, like I said I like this track, it suits me and my somewhat unorthodox driving style  .

Nice laps, or better, lots of nice laps with Robert with the decision in the last fraction of an inch at the finish line, that was so much fun! And well deserved Robert, that was an awesome last lap you pulled out there!

Lots of energy went to staying focussed today, but I'm pleased with this race, some progress (again) in consistency.

Congrats to the all Abarth podium and thumbs up to all mazda fighter pilots, we were doomed to be beaten here.

Thanks Han! Again :)

Fulvio (et al.)

I´m not talking to separate drivers, I´m talking about us as a group who just can´t get it right.

Unfortunately I caused a bit of the mid pack issues tonight at t1, although I didn't have more than a glancing blow on any other driver.

I was on the inside and running out of space, I made the decision to clip a couple of cones rather than brake too hard or make a hard left. However, it turns out at least one of them is made of concrete.

Apologies if it affected anyone's race. :(

First incident in T1 happened when I started to slightly turn into the corner, and Richard Barratt who was pretty much next to me braked and went straight. My rear bumper clipped his front, and the hit sent my car into sideways slide and into @H_Belane 's car.
I think I might be the one to blame for this one, sorry guys. :(
