Can we replace driver unique helmet models with career player helmet model file? I remember in F1 2012, it was so cool to see the first helmet that you put on in the cutscene..but in game...it looks completely different...player uses a simple shape. If we can take for instance fernando alonso's helmet shape and replace that with the bespoke helmet shape and change texture to alonso tex mapping...that would be a nice mod.

Ryder mod manager doesnt work with f1 2013

I'm not all that great with mods, but I had no problems with F1 2012. I always just copied the mod over the file that it was supposed to replace. But with F1 2013 that doesn't work. I've tried a few other things too. Any suggestions?

I remember finding some variables to control that in the database.bin. Open it with ryder's ego database editor and look for these lines. Play with them and see if you can get what u want.

Thanks for reply, Tried everything in the database over the last 3 games, pretty sure there's no way of changing if tier changes happen or not, it's probably buried deep in some file or more probably in the exe. The only way I can think of is making all values in ai_tier_characteristics the same and editing the virtual performances of individual teams and drivers, but that's way more time and trouble than it's worth.

Yes, I believe that's in the frontend folder. You need to change the alpha map aswell.

I've got a quick question, has anyone figured out where the loading screen images are?

I'd like to change them, if possible.

I have a feeling they are in the download/NFS files which means they are not accessible

I was afraid that would probably be the case.

Ehhhh... that's quite odd. Are you sure this is the original CM texture? You can make a new layer below the texture and paint all black...

Hey all, I've been Skinning the Sauber the last day or two, I can see where the Garage is but I can't find the jumpsuits, does anyone know where I would find them? I'd like to create my own team in essence but since this is my first time skinning things I'm getting a little lost in places.
