Graphically yes, same principal as you would redo a car skin.

Anyone have any clue where the file is to adjust the lighting in the wind tunnel, where your car is on the selection screen. It just appears toooooo bright to me, want to dim it down a little without just doing through the games gamma settings.

2012 had the details under track_difficulties where the level could be altered, but this doesn't seem to do a thing this year!
Medium difficulty is too easy, and hard means I'm 3+ seconds off the pace.

Some middle ground would be lovely!

You don't make them, they are part of the driver specific helmet models used this year.

The career helmets do not carry the air vents (bumps as you would call them). The driver model helmets are different completely.
