Michael Schumacher

I'm actually glad. Not really a big Schumacher fan but I like seeing him. I feel a little bit sorry for him always damaging his front wing and the stewards usually being against him.

Btw, he also won in the 2005. Ferrari. Remember that? lol

I'dd say one of Schumacher's notable moments was Melbourne 2006, at the start of the year the Ferrari was crap, let's be honest and he was the fastest person on the track until he ditched it in the barrier and stormed into the toyota garage xD

the 05 podium was the best ever with tiago monteiro celebrating like he earned it oh yea and in the subject its great to see shumacher will be racing again in 2012 he has been catching rosberg he is only 16 points off him which is much better than last year also his experience will help Mercedes challenge the top teams

snookster's the name and F1 favorite sport.

One day i was in Frome Cominity College and somone told me a student in a lower year than me reckon'ed he could be a Formula One driver i did not beleve it. I felt it would never happen.
The name of the person was Jenson Button. I never new him as our paths never crossed.

Anyhow hes my F1 Hero

I dont understand the poll question and the first post :)

But to answer your question: yes I think MSC is still good enough.

*Changed the thread title and moved the discussion to the motorsport forum*

Depends what you mean by "good enough". I think he's seen his last WDC victory. I think Rosberg's chances are better than Schumacher's. But that doesn't mean he's wasting his time in Formula 1. Having someone with his experience on board is bound to attract a lot of sponsor attention, and he can surely help develop the car with his input too.

Yeah I think his performance is limited by the car, but this year he's been able to get all out of it. Also, in the Race of Champions, he's faster than Vettel, so I think he's still got it.

I can't help but think that Mercedes are gradually putting something special together. It might take a few years, but I think it'll be great when it eventually comes to light.

Yip he deserves to be on the grid. Also hes molding Nico into a championship contender, i say that because hes racing one of the best racers in the same car and beating him, hopefully Merc/AMG car get there act togeather and give them both a good car.

Also hes molding Nico into a championship contender,

Your saying Michael is making Nico the skilled racing driver he is? Sorry but that's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard :) Nico is beating Michael by his own pace, his own skill.. Michael has done nothing but stand in his wake while he gets consistently beaten by Nico.

you sure?

he was only a bit behind in the scoreboard compared to rosberg this year.

Very sure, he has definiately improved in Year 2 of his comeback, but if somebody other than him drove the way he did in Year 1, he'd be out... it's a dog-eat-dog world trying to find a driver in a possible racing winning team, and Michael's performances were far from it in Year 1, therefore if he was anyone else.. he would have been out of the job.

On race results imo Schumacher owned Rosberg, let's be honest how unlucky has Schumacher been at times. Korea hit by a sliding russian. Singapore, i'll admit he ****ed it up by getting to keen on Perez's wing, Brazil, Senna went up his arse.

Spa - The greatest example that he's still a driver capable of winning.
