Well the lotus is officially the the hardest car to keep pointing the right direction ever.

Gonna need to wait on some of the setup gurus posting and learn throttle control in a big way.

Its a load of fun though

Lol already 2 Lotus servers full (60+ people).

Just bought it, had $6 iCredits left so got it for $9 (€6)

When I get the $25 credits for renewing I preorder the Jetta and buy tracks Barber and Daytona


Edit: now 3 full servers and 90 people, lol.

OMG the lotus is so cool to drive. You can drive it safe and clean but also very aggressive. Jum jum.
Ended up around #10 in my server, where James Alien Yates was #2 at that time, 2 sec faster.

Dom Dohan was also driving in #3 at that time.

Based on the Medium default setup with a few things changed to give it a bit more grip for me.
What setup is James Yates running btw?

I was going to say that screenshots just don't show how damn scary the Lotus is to drive, however, I think James' last screen just did.

Lotus 79 - Watkins Glen Boot

Default setups run very low caster which makes the wheel feel very light when steering. I cranked it up to the max. and feels much better imo. Some minor changes but pretty much default yet

Ran a 1:33.3 in practice.

Edit: Set updated again, pb now 1:32.1

iRacing has really been trying to draw me back in with loads of lovely new content and system tweaks,i enjoyed many good Solstice races so i can imagine how much fun those Jetta's will be,but i vowed no more iRacing with the wheel i have now,its just not designed to accomodate the wheel i have just now
