Sounds awesome Sander, Silverstone seems like an awesome track to race at. Sebring Modified in the skips was awesome so far,and definitely one of the best tracks I've raced at so far. Jefferson in the skips this week is not my favorite, the track just isn't too fun for me to race on. I'm going to be buying VIR today though so I'll have some time to practice over the weekend on it, I'm hoping it's as fun to race as Sebring is.
I'm still on a D license right now so it will be a while before I'm racing the radicals even though I own the car thanks to the free month. How long are the radical races usually? 30-35 minutes is nice for the skip, but I'm excited to get in some longer races.
It's on now James!
Put the wheel at 900 degrees in the profiler then calibrate in game and the software will give you as much rotation as the real car has, the steering lock is fixed as it would be in real life except for a few of the oval cars.
Tried but not helped. If I choose my preferred 300 or 900, the ingame calibrations will set it indeed to reallife and a bit too twisty for me.
But I found another thing, tried the basic iRacing setup and improved 2 seconds on Silverstone GP (with a very bad lap). 2 more seconds to find, but at least I know the setup was part of my problem.
Now learning this bloody track (and the others too)
Try the advanced setup but put the rear anti roll on soft
