Just did my first laps since I got home from Pau. 2.23 after 3 laps. Too bad I could not join PQ. I guess I would have been in...

No worries. I'll be stalking G2 and see where I can bring it tomorrow night, unless I decide to go for some sport activities, but we'll see. :D

The good ones should be able to turn 2.30s/2.31s. I'm at 2.33s at the moment.

It's fun driving in the rain, but it's oh so damn tricky... Shoudl be fun tonight. Too bad there's no G1 for me. :)

there is no such option, you can set it to record race laps or training laps or both in your plr file but nothing to record qualifying laps.

I would be interested to see if you guys think this line through the busstop is a cut or not

According to article 48-51 of the League regualtions this one is ok.

2 wheels on track (white lines + curbs)
2 wheels off track, but on tarmac
no wheels on the grass/gravel traps

So it's ok with me.

I still have to check the Briefing though!

ye thanks, just a bit confusing sometimes trying to interpret the rules as the curbs are normally part of any track and even reading this leagues rules they kind of acknowledge that when they state

"49. The track is the tarmac between the (white or yellow) lines and the curb stones.
Grass, sand- and gravel traps and tarmac behind the lines are not considered part of the
track."

it is always a touchy subject as no one knows where that invisible line is, easy to see on a replay but not so easy when at the wheel, it is often easier and less trouble for all when it is left for the game to judge who was cutting or not, not so good for a short sprint but for a 90 minute race then cut 3 is a auto stop n go penalty i think.

yes i totally agree with that... well put...

Disagree; RD have clear rules and some tracks needs some clarify in the briefings. Thats easy as that.

If you depend on the track rules the racing standard will become worse and worse. On some tracks they are ok, on many tracks not. Not to speak about custom tracks which sometimes completely lack of cutting rules.

PS. I think I touched parts on the beyond-curb-but-not-grass also in my hotlap.
