Finally I noticed it works on some tracks only. I tried today on Knutstorp, Laguna Seca, Laquais, those 3 didn't show the map.
I find it very strange that a kunos track like Laguna Seca doesn't work.
Can you check the track's folder to check for these files:
gen_map.ini and gen_map.png
 
Yeah I think your map generator script simply borked out after loaded certain number of tracks.
I only managed to get about five tracks with your GT7 generated track map. And deleting one with the hope of a new one will replace it won't work either.

Maybe you need to update your script to allow it to generate much more tracks....

There shouldn't be any arbitrary limit to these, the script doesn't "know" about other tracks and whether they have a track generated or not.
Since I do not experience the issue my self, it's a hard one to debug.
If you are able / willing to help me figure this one out, I'd be glad to help in my thread in the AC Custom Shaders Discord.

Well actually I just found out why the map generation thing doesn't work. Must be correlated to your pre-v0.10.1 update when the anti-virus detected the create_png.exe script as false positive, thus got removed in the process.

Solution? Simply reinstall the script.
Tried about 10 tracks, varied between Kunos & modded tracks and the script works as intended now.

I think you should note to people more clearly that if the map generation stopped working they should reinstall the script. But yeah it's just that simple really lol

It seems like the formatting is all over the place and don't follow a certain way.
For instance in this image, Thierry Boutsen's name is shortened (as probably intended), but Allan McNish's name doesn't. Then any drivers with three words on their names, like Didier de Radigues in P2 here or Nyck De Vries for example simply lost their third name.

Yeah, I know it's a bit of a mess, I only shorten names that would overflow the leaderboard box.
Will change this so it's always the case.
 
I have a suggestion, imo it would be cool to have a red outline around the timer (or something like that) if the lap doesn't count because you cut
 
Hello man, i've been using the amazing mod for a while, and i noticed some stuff, you might be aware of them but in case you aren't, here's the summary:

-The counter does not stop whe nthe game is stopped, if im behind the leader 1 second, and i pause the game for a minute, when i unpause it will say the leader is 61 seconds away :p not a big deal tho, it will update and fix itself on the next sector i believe.

-pratice and qualification rounds tend to affect the tracking of the mod, i did pratice and qualification and it always said i was 1 lap behind the leader when i was right behind him not lapped ofc, probably just some querkiness there.

i hope this helps in the amazing work you have been doing! i love the new track map that you added, works wonderfully and beats the map app that i used BY FAR, i also noticed a lot of hidden features like pit markers on my lap's history (the little "P") thats such a small detail, i love it, i think it would be cool to add the "flags" system gt7 uses saying yellow flag or showing a checkerboard flag and stuff, or even supporting the asseto flag system (since assetto doesn't care about overtaking on yellow i believe that is unessesary but you can choose to add that if you prefeer) and other flags assetto supports that gt7 might not use, and that would be a neat since assetto's ui is so "dirty" compared to gt7's, also I use a radar app to help me since i play seeing only the hood of the car and its super helpful, i know gt7 has that and im hoping you add that in the future, it would be super neat! i know that part might be hard since gt7 crams a lot of features on that lower right corner that you scroll throught, so it might be hard but i believe you can do it since the mod as is is already completly amazing, i used to play with the gt5 hud from another mod and this completly replaced it already, having sector times and the distance from the leader is a huge feature that was missing from all other hud mods, so props to you! thank you for your amazing contribution and for keeping this free for us! i can't stress enough how much this mod makes playing a assetto so much better! thank you.

or add it like the penality warning on gt7 but it displays costume text insted saying that lap is invalid, would be really cool, much better than the huge asseto banner
 
This mod is so awesome! Fantastic work all around. I would love to see a live Delta option in the future, something that can be seen in the Time Trial mode in GT7 like this!
 
Hey man, massive fan of the mod but timing has broken itself after the new CSP release today. Reinstalled so many different ways, everything works except for position indicator, and timer. Laps show up on the lap list to the right of the screen but current lap and sectors, gaps, all don't show up. Appreciate the work you put into this mod.
