Thanks for the race guys, great fun. Well deserved double @Michael Watts I could have snatched that second one but your pace deserved the win anyway. What happened to put you back in my sights?

More tomorrow.
Thanks Peter, momentary lapse of focus I didn't setup properly for that long right hander before the parabolical, and dropped a wheel off. In typical Michael Watts Racing Luck, I of course spun all the way to the inside barrier and was pointed the wrong way. By the time I found reverse and got back going again you had caught me up and caught my draft going into that fast Right hander. I didn't know you were inside, sorry about that. I thought then I was toast and would have to follow you for the rest of the race until your car got squirly in turn 2 and 3. But both you an Railer gave me a hard fight. I think I just had a really good setup under the car and it worked well for me.

Yeah, they have this track backwards in the Endurance Challenge. Quite fun, learned a few things last night. Railer I got a number for you to attack at COTA in the Tuner Challenge (Top 10%)
And I have a number for you to attack At the Autosport Oval in the IndyCar (no engine upgrades). Gotcha by .100 although it was not easy. lol.

Sorry I was late guys, but the wife stayed home unexpectedly, and we were having dinner, then I realized the time . I was obviously off the pace, but the few laps I had were great fun. With the Fanatec, any open wheel race is pretty much a throwaway for me. But the upshot is that I got some great video of that thriller of a finish between Watts and Hooper (17:15). I felt for sure you were done too Watts. And you have indeed come a long way with care having no fenders. It would have been close, though, even without Peter's mistake in return, because you were right on his ass. Seems like these cars draft like hell on the ovals but not elsewhere. Strange. Oh well, Barcelona is next. Enjoy the video.

- Flashbacks will not be allowed.
- Damage will be “full”
- Collisions will be “on”
- Tuning is allowed but not upgrading.

Shoot Robert, I don't know if I can beat that time. I had the perfect draft and I was pretty happy to be in the top 10% there. I might just let you keep that time! Enjoy the Payout!

Since you weren't there to beat me Boothy, I tried to beat myself, and it almost worked!
Yeah Peter, the Indycar is fun, but unless you just have 6 million burning a hole through your pocket, its an expensive en-devour. 4.6 million for the Car and another 2 for the upgrades. Plus even after the repair cost fix, I'm still schilling out 7,000 just to take it for a spin.

That was 2 fun races. Enjoyed them even though finished 3rd in both. The draft worked great on the long stretch. In 2nd race got past Watts after a spin but then lost it going under the bridge. I went right side off track and stayed in the throttle just a second too long and weee spun it around and both Watts and Peter got by. I caught up to Peter but on the penultimate lap I spun 3 times. Oh well so much for it.
At least the championship is going to Barcelona for the final race. Let's see if we can make sure the championship goes to the end of the 2nd race. Will be fun. Hope your prepping your cars. I will try and get some seat time next week and decide on the car.

I thought the next race was McLaren F1 cars??? Good thing Barcelona has become one of my favorites... as far as the Demo Derby, I have to use a controller. I have yet to figure out how to drive that with a wheel, it uses the same physics as the Drift cars.

I get the same physics as usual, but those cars are like driving boats. In any case, it's just meant for fun. You are right...Barcelona is in the McLaren. We couldn't make it easy now, could we? lol. But I think you have the hang of all types in Autosport now Michael. My money is on you.

Exactly! I went from $6M to $4M (I'm so poor) after beating your lap time. Have to say it was worth it though. :sneaky: Besides, you own all the other records.
