P.S. - I may try to get an oval series together on the xbox one or a "mini-indy" to just have fun until pCARS. The lack of tracks really hurts, but you can simulate tire wear through drag tires and some of the track are sort of like ovals. Not true ovals but close. They also lack street courses, but Prague is beautiful.

Thanks Robert, no it was a steering wheel issue for Railer. Think it may have been the linearity setting. I set mine to around -8 for these races to eliminate most of that type of problem.

No problem as such although I think the nature of the last one means it should be a non-points paying race and just for fun as it is one of those lottery type deals in the Demo Derby. I ran it once in one of the challenges in the early days and it is certainly good for laughs I think damage off though otherwise whats the point of a demo derby

I think there's scope to run another series after this one has finished anyway so any tracks we have yet to sample can be included in that.

Agree on all points. Let's start talking about what kind of series people want. I'll only have time for Shift2 personally, not Autosport. pCARS will be here....I think. lol.

Very true. We could see Forza 6 before pCARS. What they need to watch out for is Codemasters. Those poor bastards are being whipped like Grecian rowers.

Race #1 - Standing Start (10 laps)
Race #2 - Previous Finish Start, Standing (20 laps)

Since this is a Race of Champions, there will be no qualifying. The first Race will be a sprint race that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The second race will line up IN THE ORDER OF FINISH from the first race and take about 30 minutes to finish, so good performance in the sprint race is rewarded. Also there will be one point awarded for the fastest lap time in the second race. The sprint race will be a standing start. The second race will be from a standing start, green flag starts the race.

NOTE:
- The game will not allow pit stops
- Flashbacks will not be allowed.
- Damage will be “full”
- Collisions will be “on”
- Tuning is allowed but not upgrading.
- No Assists, cockpit view only

NOTE: Since races will be recorded, all contact, whether intentional, unintentional or protested, *will be* reviewed (if possible) by the director and Chief Steward for any driving infractions and unsportsmanlike conduct. If the Director or Chief Steward is involved, it will be reviewed by a randomly chosen third party, along with another non-involved party. The least severe punishment decided will be issued (or none at all) and appeal may be made. Be sure to see the Rules and the Rules supplement.

Lobby to open at 4:45pm U.S. Eastern and informal practice sessions may take place before, however, the race will start on time. Late drivers may join after qualifying or any race is complete. Well, what's preventing us from going back to back...Autosport to Classics...on Sunday? It really would be no different than having a 100% F1 race, only with a break in the middle.

Luckily, I still have mod right here. So, yea, Peter is right, it's the Infield. I was going to run the National because the cars are small, but the number of laps just will not go high enough to let me have a race that's long enough. also, after second thought, I think the Infield is more interesting. Damn game. Just like Shift2. Where is that pCARS!

Had my first run out here at lunchtime.. just enough time for 20 minutes practice and a 2 lap qulai run. Very fun circuit and another in this game that has you pushing the limits more and more every lap finding time that you didn't know was there. 1:37.2 was my best which was good enough for 2nd position but had no time to run the race (why no save game option is beyond me!!)

One thing to note is that @Robert Waddell is once again trying to mess us about searching for the cars to run... it's in STREET Class and not Tuner I've amended the header to make that clear.. good try Mr Waddell
