Little issue..
ehhm..
there will be no livestream today..
Joel had some mega important stuff (he had to go to become a Sanik)

We will livestream one race, but it won't be race 1 as we do it normally, commentated by two guys but not me this time!

okay up now folks!
Quality much improved over last season I think, it will be like this for my Malaysian GP too (for who knows what I'm on about ;))

otherwise,
poor race for us Saniks. Basicly the worst happened for me, no pace plus DNF. Another season down the toilet it seems.

First of all... Glad to be ok after that heavy crash due to my engine problem.
Second of all.... Am i allowed to quote Aidan here? "Massive shame"

?!$%"/ That would have been a VERY important result. %!(!)"

indeed, seems like your woes from S5 are continuing!

An awesome race from my point of view. The car felt great and to be the fastest car on track for the first time in my RD career is pretty good

Now from a non biased perspective on the rest of the field
- Takuma Ishikawa was the surprise of the day, driving an awesome race to hold on to second. With Ana surprising in 4th, Asia Pacific have taken a surprise early lead in the championship
- Sanik and Sanikku seemed to have a tough start to the campaign. Apart from Harvey, they looked sluggish compared to the rest. It'll be interesting to see if Andy Black can do anything from pole position
- Sigoulakis is my tip for race 2 victory. The Bentley looked quite strong out there today, with Laad doing well in 3rd
- OMR seem to have made major strides. However, Utzer's engine issue could hurt his chances for good points this weekend
- Falcon were very underwhelming. Sharp didn't make the moves he needed and Lintner was very unlucky. Lintners pace might be a saving grace for Falcon this weekend
- Team 2KF1 really struggled, with Herbert lacking pace (losing 13 seconds to Sigoulakis) and Cornes not really impressing pace wise. 2KF1 racing fared much better, though McNamara lost a lot of time to Engberink at the end and Keranen made a mistake
- The debutants had a fairly decent showing. Brugman had good pace and should be proud of a top 10, especially with his teammates struggles with the car. Costello doesn't have loads of pace, but 12th would be a good result for him
- TJ Racing seem to have the best all round package. Graham drove well until a last lap mistake which nearly handed Ishikawa the win. Engberink will be slightly annoyed that 6th is all he could manage, especially with a pace advantage over McNamara

let me have a say too..

I agree here

not quite, Diehl did start 21st and Harvey did a good job. Me and Andy were struggling but I bet those were due to the car issues. Black is my tip for victory. Which brings us to the next point
- Sigoulakis is my tip for race 2 victory. The Bentley looked quite strong out there today, with Laad doing well in 3rd
Saniks on paper have more race pace, which is why I think Black is the one who will get it.
- OMR seem to have made major strides. However, Utzer's engine issue could hurt his chances for good points this weekend
yeah, unlucky for OMR
- Falcon were very underwhelming. Sharp didn't make the moves he needed and Lintner was very unlucky. Lintners pace might be a saving grace for Falcon this weekend
Lintner had car issues, again I think this was the result of the lack of pace. Sharp was good considering playing the second driver role and starting low down.
Sigoulakis was on fresh tyres.. that usually helps a lot in this game.
I agree, 2KF1 though should've done better in the race I think.

Costelo did amazing in an underpowered car and playng second driver role. Donald, well I expected more race pace from FTGP.
- TJ Racing seem to have the best all round package. Graham drove well until a last lap mistake which nearly handed Ishikawa the win. Engberink will be slightly annoyed that 6th is all he could manage, especially with a pace advantage over McNamara
lol nice bragging :D
best, they are all very close. Good, I can agree on that. Championship contenders? I can agree on that too.

1- Glad you agree ;)
2- Yeah I've only just remembered Diehl doing a good job. I did mention Harvey's good result though ;)
3- Black was the slowest driver out there. I just feel Sigoulakis be the faster of the two
4- Glad you agree ;)
5- Sure Sharp is playing the second driver role but you would still expect pace from him in a race focused car. Being outside of the points didn't really impress me as I expected them to be battling in the midfield at least. Yes Lintner showed pace, but a mistake from him and the retirement have really cost him the chance to score points. He didn't improve on his starting position before his spin
6- Yeah 2KF1 weren't showing the form that won them the constructors and the fact Herbert didn't make buys didn't help team 2KF1. Yeah new tyres would help but the fact he was so much quicker than Herbert says a lot
7- Brugman had decent pace. I think the dramas with some drivers making mistakes and battling hard made it difficult for us to see Brugmans true pace. I'm not sure if Diablo is as underpowered as you make it out, it's lacking horses in quali but it has more Race BHP than Bentley and Asia Pacific for example. I think though Harry did a good job beating a teammate with more money and skill
8- That's why I used the word 'seems' Overall, their package looks to be the best. However, you could argue that Asia Pacific or Bentley or even OMR have the best package all round. I think there are a few title contenders. Bentley and OMR will definitely be up there. Asia Pacific i think will drop of but I could be proven wrong

Fairly it's safe to be upset when I'm the slowest driver. If I'm not performing better in the next race, it might turn to be a bad season for us.
