If I were in Tobi's position, no I wouldn't tell you. Run the risk or make the buys now.
I deem it as an unfair advantage for Jordan in that case.
Just because Tobi is the moderator and Jack is his teammate, it means that Tobi probably has an exact time set to run the races and Jack probably knows about it too, while everyone else doesn't.
You overestimate my ability to plan things
. Jack doesn't know when the market closes, neither do I. There's no set time for it, I just do it when I feel like doing it.
