I rather like how it feels off-road with the T300. The problem is that tarmac feel is very muted, presumably because they tuned the FFB with off-roading in mind...

The solution is easy: Go off-road a lot :)

I know, I know, graphics aren't everything... but the detail in this game is amazing (not my pics)!

Will you be purchasing the 'Smoking Tire' car pack for Forza Horizon 3? How are you enjoying that game? Let us know in the comments section below!

Always amuses me that the Console Racers like GT and Forza generally have some visually amazing content with the latest up to date cars, stunning tracks and driving on open roads etc that a hardcore Sim Racer like myself will never get to drive at a somewhat realistic speed with great physics like that of Automobilista, R3E etc. unless I purchase said games....I guess I am in the minority.....until Reiza 2017 gets here.

lol and yes, not an Australian interceptor. These are those horrible American police cars that have been in every hollywood production in the last 20 years!

Does not work, using G27 pedals with a tx and have to unplug pedals, otherwise the game gets mightiliy confused, even remapping the buttons on my tx, game forgets it the next time I play, even though I saved it.

it's a hot mess for now, for me anyway. Stuck playing with the pedals that came with the tx for now. Might work on other configs, dunno.

Thanks Wu ! for the update, hopefully soon then!

Yeah, hopefully, not sure how microsoft let this one escape from their "barn" in this state, I do enjoy it, but to call it a triple A title on the PC in this state, nah. Guess they will patch it properly at some point.

Besides the controller support, the game itself runs awful also, at least for me, and just about 9 out of 10 people judging by their forums.

Damn, that's no good for me, I don't even have any Thrustmaster pedals to use, as bought just the T300 wheel base and Leather 28 GT wheel seperately, as already had aquired the Fanatec CSR Elite pedals used via eBay...

Would like to see them fix ffb on Xbox's version also, for some reason Turn10 just doesn't seem to have knowledge and ability to make decent ffb for wheels in their games. They have been in business so long that its hard to understand why they doesn't learn those things, and if they admit they they don't know what to do, why they doesn't hire someone to do that.

And with controller there should be much more vibration feedback when just driving on tarmac, now there's now vibration on that situation so it feels like car is floating, before you get feedback from bumb/grass/throttle or brake.
