Please note that it is supposed to be a snowy and icy weekend for me, which means we are likely to have a power cut. That always happens. If I'm not around to make buys, please just put me down for zero in the next round. Thanks.
Next round is the end of season. PM a list of what you'd prefer to do to Meff just in case

Only waiting for McLaren @Aidan Keranen & Lotus @Manolis Sigoulakis

What could be great is to set everything for the upcoming season (1977) before christmas and i would simulate it slowly during the all holidays period 24-31 (maybe a race per day + the season break).

PM me for what you'd like to do for those who won't be active during the next 2/3 weeks ;)

So the storm didn't cut my power. yet. sleet for a couple hours overnight, then rain froze over top of it. everything has about 1-1.5cm of solid ice covering it! looks really neat but no one can drive. big accident on the highway shut down the south side of Baltimore. fun times ahead!

market is closed !

Despite not finishing on the podium this season, 1976 was our best season so far. 7th in the Constructors' Championship was our best result with a total of 11 points scored. I'm very impressed with both my drivers.
BTW, congrats to Peterson and BRM!

J. Stewart : "I'd like to thank everyone. I had a great racing career.. BRM, Matra, Tyrrell and Ferrari.. Some of you knew that 1976 was my very last year, my contract with Ferrari has just ended, we made a great season. It is time for me to retire"

J. Stewart & R. Wisell are retiring this year. They've both entered the Drivers' Hall of Fame :

I've updated the Tiers for every Team (Page1). The signing system this year has a little bit changed. Tiers are now making a difference ! The aim is to reduce the amount of off season biddings and to encourage you to spend your money and not save a whole year for those biddings.

Drivers will choose :
1st - The longest contract
2nd - The highest Tier

Ex : if a Tier1 team offers him a 2-years-contract and a Tier3 team offers him a 3-years-contract, he'll choose to sign for the back-marker team. But if a Tier2 team offers him 2 years and a Tier3 team also offers him 2 years. He'll choose the Tier2 team. If two Teams offer him the same amount of years, and are the same Tier, then it will work as auctions to get the driver.

I'm now waiting for your 5 drivers' wish-list !

NB : Shadow, Matra, Surtees & Brabham do not need to sign a driver.
