Well that was the strangest time yet for me. I have been doing the odd online race all week no problem then today I knew it would mess up for some reason. I did a quick online test with Chris and all was okay up until race start then CTD prior to that another test was the same and now Fahad and Steve are having problems, this game online is soooo unstable it is unbelievable. We need to find a stable host who can invite everyone. To be honest I really can't make sense of any of it it really stinks this.

Iv'e created the session log back on and ask for invite..... i hope it's ok with me. my PC and 20MB Internet should be able to handle it, after all it's provided by Virgin

we need a back up plan here, this has gone horribly wrong....unorganised abit.

I feel the host should have a good/reliable connection, if the host has problems at all(which happens hehe) then the second person like Fahad should be host....honestly it would go alot smoother if everyone used Teamspeak so we could communicate better.

Done the Qualifying then had to come of after the race... big dissapointment.... i unplugged my headset / Mic etc yet it was still saying i was speaking ingame, i had nothing plugged in.... i never realised how buggy this game actually is

oh well maybe i'll participate in the next race.

fantastic game what a let down online is...wish they supported dedicated server's and better communication support.

I am not impressed, online is getting more and more unstable, but why ? it is terrible. Okay who has no problems connecting and hosting, hands up !

2nd race in a row and game crashes back to desktop. Really annoying especially as I was temporarily in the lead.

Never happend before in any race, f***ing idiotic thing to do

I will stay as host until the end anyway, to avoid anymore problems switching host in mid race.

But we really need to sort out this hosting thing before next race, this was a mess, getting invites from all over the place :tongue:

I think CM are making this game unstable online there is no other explanation. It is getting worse I am not imagining it am I ?

i can't remember who hosted the second session but it worked fine... no problem's at all..... until my mic got stuck on even tho i unplugged the damm headset... it kept going so i had to force myself to leave :S


This game has so much potential, Codemaster's makes really nice games but the support/online is bad..... i have noticed they have one approach for online racing like they have with GRID / Dirt etc.

iv'e brought it upon myself to never buy a CM game again.

Sorry if my "mic" annoyed folks, wasn't my fault
