Why was the 4 race format 20 % cancelled? I thought it was a very good'idea! Could no one else host it ? Has the thread been removed?

Welcome Christoph!

It would be good to send a friends request via GFWL to gootek303 so he can invite you to the race. Try to be online 10-15 minutes before the race so we can get all the drivers in the room.

When you get in the room be sure to pick the car you've chosen to drive.

Once the host starts the qualification look to see if any drivers drop, if they do then the host will leave and the room will be restarted, this will only happen once. We do this because the game can be fussy about various things

Be sure that you have no game changing mods installed that may cuase a problem. We have found that car skins and lighting mods are ok.

Once we start to race there are just a few 'fair play' rules we observe, if you cause a spin it is expected that you allow the affected driver to retake the position, make way for blue flags in a safe place and most important of all.... No race is won in the first turn but many are lost.

Slightly off topic as far as the league goes but does anyone know if there is any improvement to the telemetry data in F1 2011? I have read lots about what improvements there are going to be to other aspects of the game but telemetry has not been mentioned in any of them that I have seen. I sincerely hope there is as it's non-existant in 2010 and that also we can actually get proper sector times at last.....

i hope we get telemetry. codemasters are always saying how they want the game to mirror real life as much as possible. telemetry probably one of the most important features needed to attain this "realism"

Haha yeah ef monaco. Back in the offline career days i could ace it on legend with tires but now its a devil of a joint for me as well! Me and dylan already had a few good races i think 7 lapper at melbourne and it was only 3 or 4 seconds at the end. I've been doing online races with tc off and i spin alot but if you or i practiced enough we'd get the hang of it. I go by ear as you cant exactly feel the over steer with the controller. Anyway the old girls gettin me a g27 and ill find a seat so ill need another few weeks to adjust to that as well. Maybe have traction on mid or whatever it is? Yeah def either full races or min fifty percent surely? But yeah confirm me. My ps3 is usually never off so pre race reminders could be handy also willing to put my number up for text cause then im def on. I've got wimax i was dreading disconnections but its been great somehow considering i only range 2 to 10mbs. But yeah 8 already sweet. Hows this gonna work as in championship? One full race a week or 3 30percents or?

There is usually a no show and we can slot you in at the time if you are there.
Can we get an idea of your speed (career settings/results, or gap to pole against Legend AI, or TT rankings somewhere) to help get car allocation about right.

Career - Legend AI, TC off (only recently, still getting the hang of it), ABS off etc. Up to half a second off pole at the most (bar Monaco + Spain), usually 1st or 2nd though.

On my way to a 3rd WDC in 3 seasons, first 2 with Virgin, now in a Red Bull!

Its just to keep it interesting and we adjust car allocation based on performances.
