Don't forget that you are driving manual no? and most of us are on auto which is easier.
It seems to me that your pace is getting faster, just some errors costing you places.

Hopefully I won't have any Connection Failed, this time. The last race in Montreal was one big disapointment for me.

I was pretty pleased with the quali performance.. still some way to go but it is definitely getting there.

Yes that's correct I am still on manual and no assists. I have toyed with the idea of switching to auto and maybe trying one or two of the assists but it just seemed a bit alien to me after all this time to be honest and I am just happier sticking with no assists. The errors are reducing and are becoming less dramatic that's for sure and at the moment I am just concentrating on consistency and then hopefully the pace will start to come.

Other things!! You mean they don’t want to talk exclusively about F1.. blimey that's where I have been going wrong

Just when you are thinking 'wow through turn 2, 3 and 4 without incident' someone goes and spins their prancing horse on the run down to 5 and causes a pileup

Tracy, unfortunately, all my pit girls are currently, umm, errr broken, shall we say. Waiting for a fresh batch to be delivered.

It is not my favourite track i have to say. Those chicanes are nightmares However for my surprise i qualified on pole. I decided to take this race steady and being calm as making mistakes on this track is so so easy... So i slowed down on first corner very very early. Scott overtook me without any problems. Then i decided to trackto follow him as much as i could and wait for his mistake. We had a bit of a fight, but is not fight we usually have (you know what i mean Scott - proper battles) finally he made mistake on first chicane so i overtook him on the exit... i was co surprised that i braked too late on next corner so i he came back then finally got him and i was leading till the end... Good race... this track really requires to be consistent... any mistakes are hard to correct... usually you pay big price for them... looking forward on next available race on more battle field tracks...

I would love to take part in this and its a good idea for a mini champ, but I cant partake unfortunately - bah.

I actually went to no assists because I wanted to take part in the RD Time Trial competition and that was one of the rules and I have never switched back since. Very tough but very rewarding
