Gid article on Spain there Steve. Everyone does hundreds of laps at Spain every year through testing and simulator's, so not a lot of mistakes are made.

It's always good to get more people but the last race with 8 was our best turnout so hopefully we'll have at least that number again. No confirmation from Stupot yet I see and Robert hasn't been able to make it recently. I see from the grid thread that our Group 2 is down to 6 regular drivers now....

Hey Steve you said you were doing mid 1:20's in GP mode.. I assume that you mean 1:25's rather than 1:20.5's.... what levels of fuel are those times done with.. just interested so i can get some idea of how far I am off the pace.

This is why the game is so good on the track, it's all down to the weather system in F1 m8.... it's random where you lsip but 45% is at the 2nd corner.

went in but my crew were not there with tyres so I went out thinking that it was the penalty,

and AGAIN penalty reminder appears on my screen, went in 3rd time, crew not there, served the penalty and out again on slicks,
another reminder of penalty appeared, went in 4th time and came out still on slicks,

When another reminder appeared I've had enough... and quit

It was the first time something like this happend to me.. very strange

So for me it's a race to forget and I am already looking forward to saturday's league race

Bartek, that's terrible ! You should email CM about all those penalty / pit stop issues. Not sure if they would respond though...
Well, the 2nd half of my race was bad too. Dropped me from in with a chance of victory to being a lap and a bit behind the winner.
As you will see in my video, a good start settle into a comfortable 3rd and inch my way up to Romacher and Firefly, took the lead around lap 8 when they both decide to run wide (at different times) and was going well although Romacher was catching me. Then, on the exit of sweeping right hander at the end of 2nd sector, lost the rear and destroyed my front wing! Rom and Fly went past and i limped to pits, put on primes and thought "i may not have to stop again". WRONG!
4 pit stops, a blown tyre on one of my outlaps (no idea why as i didn't go offline), 2 crashes into trolley jack man, 3 spins in the wet, 1 drive through penalty and very used inters delivered me what i deserved !... (being lapped). Oh well, had loads of fun again in my 3rd RD race. Again, good clean racing, can't wait for Spa on Sunday night (1830 GMT). Thx to Tracy for the effort/trouble she went to for this hosting.

sorry about that ! i have NO idea why i assumed that. maybe 'cause decades ago i dated a couple of Tracey's (girls of course) but then i did have a mate at school (also decades ago) called Tracy (no 'E'), like you.
nobody put me up to it, just plain old 'brain fade'...i blame my kids, they make me sleep only 6 hours a night now !!
