I see that you are hosting a row of all assists banned races next week, not having done any online race with manual gears i'm thinking about giving it a try on one of them at least....although it feels a bit scary...:tongue:

Firstly sorry to Andrew for spinning like a pleb whilst being lapped and damaging your wing - hope it didnt slow you down!

I had some close battling with Marine for a few laps or so before i got past then broke my wing and subsequently spun and decided to hit the pits, by then he was a good minute ahead of me for the remainder.

Cheers guys - that was flaming torture in my hungover weakend state!

What a race! I was already happy when i saw the sign ups, i knew it s gonna be a battle for every position. Drinking till the morning, had an impact on me, i couldn t do a really good quali lap. On the race: puncture on 2nd lap, at least i was close to the pit entrance, and i crossed the track without hiting anyone.I changed to primes, and went 48 laps on them. I had a good battle with Pietro for 3rd, but he had a puncture too.

Sorry for the host switch Marine dont you hear ppl speaking if not tell us so we know Had been talking about it for a while seemed Jack couldnt join you so I just offered to give it a shot and you both got in thankfully.

@Devil dont panic you may of lost me a few hard earned secs but it was just the right amount of time to come back out in the lead and do a few stonking laps at the end + fuel management.

@Pietro Again sorry for the shunt at the 3-5 lap completely got it all wrong.

Really enjoyed that race didnt think I was gonna keep up with Tamas for this one yet it was Spondooliks and Pietro I was struggling to keep pace with.

Went real long on the Primes just hoping I was edging ahead lap by lap ended up coming in on lap 42 so that any time on the Options would mostly be maximum grip and to be as light as possible. Came out just a few secs ahead of 2nd and a backmarker? From there it was all about maintainiing the gap/fuel and making sure I wasnt still on cruise mode on the big straight.

Got the Quali results but forgot the Race ones hopefully Pietro will put them up shortly.

Nope, i never hear when you are talking but i can see the loudspeaker symbol "flashing" when you do...i don't have a mic connected to my gamingmachine so i can't talk back either :tongue:

For some reason Jack never seems to be able to connect to me, don't know why that is :frown:

No problem with you taking over, i understood why you did it, just a bit surprised at first when people left and was starting to check if my connection suddenly went down

48 laps with the same tires ?? :eek: You really know how to drive fast AND save tires....I almost would like to do two stops because my car eats tires like a horse eats grass

Can it be my setup that's part of the problem ?

Could be your setup however the Primes on my car were only on yellow when I pitted on lap 42.

Hm, I pitted on lap 13 to change to primes, my options then were 2 yellow and two orange, don't remember exactly when my primes started to go yellow but somewhere around lap 33-35 I think.

Primes are very durable. Only 1 tire was orange for the last laps, other 3 were yellow. I can t use the options longer than it s in the pit strategy.

Prime are really good Tires... although you have to take allittle caution with them on corners.... honestly you could do a whole race on Primes but you have to play it allitle bit safer on corners... that doesn't matter much since primes save alot of time.
