Also, if in a new career or grand prix Racing Point is finishing very high consistently, then something is wrong. Also Haas not being last could be a warning, especially from 25% length onwards
The Myteam engines are not modified by the mod. They are all equal, just as they are in the original game. The mod will affect the performance balance of the other cars, not the MyTeam oneshonestly I did not understand the performance of myteam motors, are they all the same? are all 4 different? with the mod which one should you buy?
so at this point it is better to buy the honda engine that costs less? The Myteam engines are not modified by the mod. They are all equal, just as they are in the original game. The mod will affect the performance balance of the other cars, not the MyTeam ones
No, it's the 2020 engine. Don't expect a performance equal to the Mercedes engine.so at this point it is better to buy the honda engine that costs less?
however above it has just been said that the 4 motors are all the same, maybe I misunderstoodNo, it's the 2020 engine. Don't expect a performance equal to the Mercedes engine.
No similarities between them and no change in performancehowever above it has just been said that the 4 motors are all the same, maybe I misunderstood
My mod doesn't touch the liveries, only car performances.i've installed the mod but the alfa romeo and red bull liveries became blurry

Solved,i've reinstalled the liveries. Thanks! My mod doesn't touch the liveries, only car performances.
If you use other liveries than the game ones, you cannot use the copypaste version, you have to install the raw vtf files manually, or use the ModularMods templates.
Hopefully next week! I just need to work on the files for the copypaste versions and the vanilla damage one, it will only be boring monkey business as the mod is ready in the realistic damage version I play with, I just need to find a spare couple of hours!Any ETA on 1.9 update ?
Ah I see. Well ty for the effort, I'll be looking forward to next update.Hopefully next week! Are these the update values for the new Ferrari engine (after the patch) or for the old Ferrari engine (pre-patch)?Hello, I'm checking out your mod. It looks good, just one advice.
From what I understand of the values, in the base game the mercedes engine is the strongest, but has weaker upgrades (if all teams get the same r&d points, the other engines will close the distance).
I think you mixed up the Ferrari engine in that regard (assuming you didn't plan to do it). If you check line 1239 of the Ferrari file: <Upgrade name="radUpgradeEngine"> .. it has the upgrades value of the Mercedes instead of the new Ferrari. So Ferrari has a weaker engine and in opposite to Renault also weaker upgrades if people play a career.
These are the original (new version) Ferrari values, line 1242 forward, for the upgrade-tag if you need them:

They are after the patch. I don't know which upgrade values Ferrari had originally before the patch, but I assume lower ones because generally all tier2 (weaker) engines seem to have in exchange higher upgrade values than the (tier1) mercedes engine in the game. Are these the update values for the new Ferrari engine (after the patch) or for the old Ferrari engine (pre-patch)?
