i've opened, but i don't understand nothing... there's no "top speed" or something else, what i have to edit?CTF files in 'balanced' and 'tracks' subfolders in 'xx2' folders.
Maybe reduce the values at the gear lines? Something like gear_1 for example, I haven't modified those files for ages. Don't reduce the values down to zero or you will lose that gear in the game.i've opened, but i don't understand nothing... there's no "top speed" or something else, what i have to edit?
sure, i will see if the values are equal to the rpm, and see some f2 videosMaybe reduce the values at the gear lines? Something like gear_1 for example, I haven't modified those files for ages. Don't reduce the values down to zero or you will lose that gear in the game.
tysm petarThere is a power curve in the CTF files. The data is RPM vs Power. The description in the editor will explain what you need to know.
I have the same question, as I wanna change the drivers, cars and team images in the career mode hub.Anyway, guys. I know exactly where the loading images. They are located in the frontend/ts/ folder under names starting with p_1_0, p_2_0, p_3_0, until p_30_0. In 2013, this system was implemented through layers, in 2014 it was simplified for a single layer.
But there is one problem, the image is encrypted in the .tpk file. Unfortunately, I don't know much about programming, so I'm asking for help.

Thanks for finding out the program!@Petar Tasev
Hello. I know that you had a program to convert TPK images to DDS. Namely - Tasev TPK Editor. It was intended for Dirt Rally. I tried using it, but unfortunately it converts the image to a DXT1 format with a size of 256x256. with artifacts.
The loading images are not in the b_loading and d_loading pssg files. I deleted the .tpk files with the name p_1_0 and the game shows a texture placeholder with an error. I have achieved some success with changing photos through xml, but this is not quite the right way....
In addition, as ThangNgyen mentioned, some images in career mode are also used.tpk file too. The community would be very grateful if you would help us with this.
