@Wotever do you have any plans to support AC and PC2 via UDP as well. Ím really enjoying this application, but would like to use it on PS4 :cry:. As Forza on Xbox works flawlessly I have assumed this would not be so tricky. Would be really appreciated :thumbsup:
Hi ! Currently SimHub has been mostly PC oriented. I've started to work a few months ago on PC2 UDP, but the bunch of duplicates code for a worse support depressed me to be totally honest :(, about AC i've took a look but the data sent from console is waaaayyy below PC support,
To resume :D I need to get back my head into it :D

Looks like a cool project. I have fanatec V3 pedals. The shakers do not work with iRacing. Was wondering if I could hook the shakers up to your unit and get wheel slip feedback on the throttle?

Regards,
---Wayne.

Just installed to start testing at the recommendation of @Mr Latte, but am immediately met with a serious mouse issue. Mouse skipping all over the place, like I am dropping frames, but just for the on-screen pointer.

I've seen Spotify do the same thing, which required turning hardware acceleration off, but I do not see a similar option here. Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? I am running current Windows 10 on a very high end PC for what it's worth.

@nerdthewise Are you by any chance running SimHub on your phone via 2.4 GHz WiFi and is your mouse a Bluetooth mouse? If so, the WiFi and Bluetooth might be interfering. I can't have BT enabled if I'm connected to SimHub from my phone via 2.4 GHz WiFi, it makes SimHub drop to like 3 fps on the phone. I have to either disable BT while I'm using SimHub, or connect via 5 GHz WiFi.

Seems to have resolved itself now, a bit weird, but I'll take it.

That gave me a chance to play with effect mapping and I am very impressed. Coming from Simvibe this is cake. Super intuitive UI and looks to be very powerful.

Finally managed to get my Nextion set up and working like a charm! However, the speed is displayed in KMH, even though in the SimHub options I've set it to use MPH. I'm assuming it's a case of editing the Nextion template I'm using (the default "DASH_4.3" template), but I can't work out how to go about doing this. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Hi ! I checked the template, it's bound to the property driven by the settings, make sure to exit the settings menu after changing the setting, it's only applied at this time.

Assetto corsa competizione stopped working 1 month ago or so.. Anyone has the same problem?
Hi ! I guess you are talking about shakeit ? Indeed the removed almost all the useful data, there is a beta of the new shakeit on discord using fallback data in the wait.(discord link is available on the main post)
Do not hesitate to leave your voice (kindly obviously :D ) on AC forums to the kunos developers : https://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index.php?threads/telemetry-input-bass-shakers-and-simhub.56076/

Yes, sorry, I was talking about ShakeIt and bass shakers.
Wow, didn't know all those things were happening, thank you for the info!
Thank you for the support and for the great piece of software you made

Hey guys,

Quick question on effects' ability in Sim Hub. I currently run Simvibe but am contemplating switching to sim hub and all the setup time involved for this reason.

Question is: How do people find the acceleration slip / wheel slide effects? Are either of these configurable to simulate that moment when the rear wheels begin to struggle for traction on corner exit? In real driving, that slight shaking you get when the rears lose traction is really important to my driving style. Really helps you know just how much throttle you can get away with. Simvibe's oversteer effect is pretty useless.

Thank you!

thanks @Hephaistos
i'm trying (my first time).. i made arduino buttons configuration on simhub. Then i launch game from simhub but i can't see buttons it in game's peripherals configuration
I searched some example but found only for arduino micro..

Hi,

First one, thanks and congratulation for this amazing software SIMHUB !
I made a donation for full software capability usage and i'm very surprise by the quality of this software wich is excellent !

I have a question related to Fuel gauge usage.

I have 4 cables from the gauge :
Red = + 12v Battery (9-32V DC)
Blue = - 12v Battery
Orange = backlight (+12v Battery 9-32V DC)
Black (sensor signal) = to arduino PWM pin.

When i try to see what append when i change values inside Simhub, i'm only able to have Maximum fuel value and minimum value.
But not any other value between 0 and 255 (there is no effect).

So my question is :
Is there any drawing to know how fuel gauge must be use ?
I dindn't find any information about that on wiki (very usefull, excellent job for many componment but not for fuel gauge).

Could you help me please ?

Good morning, I have a Arduino Nano with tm1638, Matrix 8x8 works well in ets2. Now I wanted to put together a LCD display 20x4 + i2c someone could guide me how to do? My order is the use the LCD for shows the origin, destination and load of the journey of the game.

Hey all, I'm trying to get this to work with the TV Style scrolling leaderboard etc in spactator mode on rFactor 2 but it does't seem to be getting any data. It works fine when not in spectator mode so I assume it must require some alternative setup.

Have noted following minor bugs/features:
- Reloading of the same USBD480 dashboard do not work
- Using feature "Stop back-light when not playing", very often Simhub do not "wake-up" the USB480 correct (rF2, AMS & AC tested)

Do you prefer licensed hardware?

  • Yes for me it is vital

  • Yes, but only if it's a manufacturer I like

  • Yes, but only if the price is right

  • No, a generic wheel is fine
