Australia & New Zealand

Atti old mate, since we made you an honorary Aussie, we'd love to see you join in some more Oceania action. I hope to be joining the next one (at long last) so it would be great to see you make a guest appearance (or two, three, four, :rotfl: ) :handshake:

hehehe if Atti is going to join an aussie event i will make sure not to miss :dance2: i haven't join you guy's for a long time so i think its time to renew old habit :laugh2:

Thank you Eric, for your compliments! :thumb:
It's a pity I can't do more USA events, as they are on weekdays when I am at school (That event at Surfer's Paradise was on the holidays). But all the same, I encourage International visitors to compete in Oceania's events. Anyone else reading this post, you won't be disappointed! :)

Darren Johnston

I live in Auckland New Zealand with my partner and son. I have been racing online for around a 4 months and definately consider myself a beginner. (at the moment anyway)

I have a Microsoft Sidewinder Non FFB wheel at the moment but when finances allow I would like to get into a G25. I think you could describe my driving style as overly cautious at the moment.

I have jsut joine RD on the advise from my team manager in the rFactor leage that I run in. I have alot to learn but hopefully I am a quick learner and can be at the pointy end of some races in the not to distant future.

I currently own and have run rFactor, GTR2, GTL, Race 07 and GTR evo.

Outside of sim racing my main hobby is Radio Controlled Car racing in which I have been lucky enough to attend 3 world championships and win 10 NZ national titles. RC Car racing brings alot of crossover items to sim racing like set ups and learning how to set up a car. Hope fully it can help me in this world. There is also a sim rc car racing game called VRC that is really very very good and is sort of a crossover between real rc car racing and sim racing. It may be of interest to some people.

Well cheers and I hope to meet some if not all of you sometime in a race soon.

Well T-Man was actually Nigel Roberts if you want to clean it up a bit my appologies I didnt think I would make the event and joined the server with 30secs of qualify left and realised I had wrong profile, I asked and several said dont worry so I stayed on sorry for that booboo
