Headlights look a bit wrong assuming that is strong daylight coming in through the roof... you'd never get the glow from the light blowing out the headlight details I wouldn't think.

Hmmm

All else is nice at this stage though... just these glows need work wherever I see them

Yep, it motion blur. Anyone familiar with the photomodes on consoles (such as Project Gotham Racing 4 or Forza 4) will recongise this effect.
