Interesting. Lewis has done nothing wrong, nor has RB. MGP is questionable. I think they miscalculated Lewis' fuel and did not want to punish him for a team error.
The only one who is 100% to blame is imo Vettel.
It's no wonder Vettel could drive faster when he uses a more powerful engine mapping.
