If all where to have custom rims it would be somewhere around 36mb, surely that's not the issue if you have a disco?

you are right but the size isn´t so important.
there are 52 dds files more to load and this is the problem.
52 Teams are a huge number of teams and RD tries to get a minimum number of dds files which must be load to get a better performance.

Could any one do me a rush skin job for a Corvette ? I seem to have taken my eye off the ball somewhat.

Absolutley anything will do as long as it has the requisite numbers and RD decals.
