Yesterday when testing we decided to try do some driver swaps... being from Aus i know that driver swaps on international server tend to not play nice sometimes.

Anyway after 8 attempts only 2 worked :S We have clean installs and made sure that we ran the same car & upgrades ect ect is there anything else we can try to maybe help this situation.

Which driver swap did you do? Pit menu or hot swap (not sure whats allowed on server)

Pit swap i tried doing the hotswap to see if it would give a different results but it isn't allowed.

Remove any plugins, (xd, realfeel, leo's...ANYTHING), make sure you have the same setup assigned with the same name.

Close any background programs, anything that will interfere.

Hot swaps is apparently more stable for people long distances away from where the server is based. Only downside is hot swaps are faster than pit swaps so i guess thats why its disallowed

At simracing.de 24h of Le Mans hotswaps were allowed, but only on the pitlane (unless it's an emergency, in which case a voluntary drive-through penalty should be taken). It worked well, but I suppose it requires some attention from the stewards to police it.

Normal driver swapping works fine if people follow all the instructions.

Hot swapping is dangerous and impossible to police for 24 hours....

It shouldn't be asking for your phone number at all...just download sim sync, put it into your rFactor root folder and run it.
