Really dont know i change all tires and refuel 45 lit fuel and for me it was ok pit but when i go outside i see i am 10 and all guys make pit front of me, so than i realized that i was to slow or i change more than other guys....really dont know i know that i lose 5 position :)

And i need to wait 3 guys to pass i have blue flag in pit...so if i will be 1 sec faster i go out 7th..

That weird, mostly I gave notice to all employees who were responsible for the pit and hired new guys and I hope it will be faster for the next race. And i have manual pit so maybe that is problem but i think all u guys have also manual, till now that was a much faster than automatic pit. I look replay ones again tonight and see how long i was really in pit.

Hmmm, not my best race i think... Started on P16 (or something). the first turns were very rough but after that it was all about settling down for a long race. As mentioned above the BMW isn't the fastest car and definitely not the best tire saver... I had to go in for an early pit, but that went wrong. I only changed my front wheels :( so i had to go for another pit. After that i was far behind. But then, crossing the start finish line, there as a car coming out of the pits and i couldn't avoid him (haven't seen the replay yet). My car was missing a wheel after that. I managed to pit for the third time to fix the car but i was so far behind that racing wasn't fun anymore.

I quited the race for the first time in my racing career :(

I knew before i started this league that my car choice wasn't the best one. But the thing for me is, i only take cars that i really like. Unfortunately those cars are not always the fastest cars.. I knew that there isn't a podium spot for me so i was prepared for that to...

But still, it hurts...

Thanks Ivo for setting this up

see ya next time, if my wheel doesn't burn away..

Hugo I think that the FFB motors on the exhale, and you need a new motors !

Ok, I guess it's about time that i did my race report.

Qualifying: Not great, if anything a tiny bit disappointing. Managed a 1:12:2xx and qualified 18th of 30 and less than a second off of pole. So qualifying definitely was good for me keeping on the pace but starting so far back and starting last of the 308's despite the fact that the other two 308 drivers are clearly quicker and far more skilled than I am over 1 lap.

Race: Starting So far back was scary and very very close through the first few corners and I want to throw a quick apology out to Hugo, i tapped you off a bit in T1. It was completely accidental and I just ran out of moving space on the corner exit. After around 5 laps everything was nicely spread out and after position exchanges on lap 1 I was running in 16th place. As the tyres went about 14 laps in I managed to catch up to a small pack of 4-5 cars up ahead thanks to my tyres staying somewhat in tact minus the silly oversteer I was having to work with. Once I caught onto the back of them I just waited for a mistake as my tyres were in no condition to out brake people, fortunately the pack did make a mistake and I powered through the middle and into a 12th position. I got my head down (for once) and built myself a gap back to them and held that gap up to my pit stop in the 29th minute.

After all of the stops had cycled through I emerged through the use of sorcery in 10th, fortunately my dark magic was found out and in a matter of laps I was demoted back to 12th. I wasn't overly bothered by being in 12th, I mean it is 6 places up on 18th so I was hardly going to complain. However, my use of pit stop sorcery was to be punished yet again as after a few mistakes the pack I had caught earlier on started catching me, only this time the leader of that pack was none other than (the much faster driver than me) Andreas Loffler. For about 10 laps we kept no more than 2 seconds apart on track exchanging mistakes and scary moments, most of my moments caused by seeing Andreas get it sideways and focusing more on his car control than my braking points. However, my greatest fail was to fall coming onto the last lap, I cleverly assumed that the race had finished and cut my throttle until turn 1, by which point Andreas was .3 seconds behind me and I had a last lap battle on my hands or so I thought. Fortunately for me Andreas' tyres were completely shot and I could easily hang on to come home in 12th. A good result for my first league race here at RD.

Thanks for the clean racing guys, see you all next time.

Oscar.

Now to my report (which have taken ages to write)

Qualfy:
So I was well prepered for this race and expected some good qualify posision but all went not as planed. I managed a 1.12.8 which was far off my PB but I couldn't complain that much since we had a preaty tight grid. So that put's me in P27.

Race:
At the start of the race I was quite aggresive (not aggresive in forcing my way throw) but more of taking some risks to pass drivers as quickly as possible. It all worked fine until lap 2 were I was behind Bruno and couldn't see the track at all and there for I accidently made something that spun me off amd made me get back to 30th. So then I had to start hot lapping to catch the grid and once again pass some drivers (well the actualy let me go since they made mistakes and went of track). Then Finally I was infront of Bruno and I was battling with Eckhart who was a hard nut to crack. We had some battles but I couldn't find an opening to really pass him so I was just trying to put some presure on him. At the end I sow that Eckhart was very slow out of the last chicane so I used it to my advanted and trying to overtake him into T1. Unfortunatly we made contact and I spun Eckhart although I tryed to avoid that. (Sorry Eckhart but you did not give me enough space and although I braked earlier to let you pass I still couldn't avoid the contact)

At the end I passed Eckhart due to his mistake (finally :D ) and I started pushing hard to move up the grid and specialy make some space between me Bruno and Eckhart who were behind me. So after that the race became very quite and I thought I might had a chance of catching up someone if I tryed to stay out as long as possible and then enter the pit's to have tires that will last for a longer time but unfortunatly my tires had taken a beating by the battles so I went went for an earlier Pit stop then I had planned.

So after the one and only pit stop I was just running laps and letting drivers to lap me until the final 2 minutes were the driver in P20 (who I found later was Jonas) was starting to slow down and I guessed it most be due to his tires so I started pushing hard although my tires were on there limits too but unfortunatly the gap was way to great to be minimized in 2lap's. So I finished in P21.

The race was preaty exiting although I expected less mistakes by myself. I am really glad that I was choosen to race at RDTCC S6 because the league is awesome and really spectacular. (plus a close grid which you don't see that often in most RD league's nowadays)

See you all at Laguna Seca.
