Sorry for leaving the race. After a spin, the car went worse and worse, so I was not able anymore to drive save.
That's not the way I drive a race. It is also not my usual position, at the end of the field. But I have massive trouble with the FFB in Race07. I get no feeling for the car, so I have no trust in the car. And I am sure, I run into the wrong direction with the setup.
I search for month for a solution but I did not find any... I asked now here at RD. It's my last hope ( http://www.racedepartment.com/race-series/49113-ffb-race07-help-needed.html#post745720 ).

My first ever League race - full of nerves but very enjoyable.
Messed it up by falling off at the old hairpin and badly damaging my car against the barrier. Of course, it had to be 2 laps before the pit window so I had to drive an undriveable car for 2 laps - lost loads of time. Then of course, more time lost in pits for repairs. Bit worried about the thought of doing the next 34 laps or so on the same tyres, but they actually lasted quite well.
Spent the rest of the race trying to keep out of the way of lapping cars.
Finished 22nd, but that's absolutely fine by me... especially considering the strong field and my early mistake.

lol, everybody's checking their replays before writing a race report. I don't:
my aspirations for the tournament:
#1 don't come up last in quali
#2 finish top25 in race
#3 finish top20 in tournament
Quali: went fine, though I never never played this combo with little fuel, my two stints at preparation were done with full tank. Funnily my very first lap out was my best one, couldn't top it, though I got close a couple of times. Place was crowded with 30 players, not everyone exited pits carefully (wags finger). At the end of the day I ended up in 29th of 30, just .02 secs ahead of Bob Miley. Tick off #1
Race. only one smallish pileup in warm up lap, start went smoothly took it easy first three laps and picked up some positions, once had a wee touch with one of the Monster Pugs who stuck his nose in what I considered my apex,
settled down to a long and great fight with Georgios and Bruno for pos. 25 or sth. very clean and fair by both, hugely enjoyable.
Pitted after 31 mins and 4 laps after the pit had a bit of a misunderstanding with a white Peugoet wanting to lap me, I braked a little because third Blue Flag warning came faster than I thought and he pushed me off a little, race incident,
guy waited for me which he really shouldn't have done since we were in different laps.
After this touch, rear suspension was a bit off and my Audi felt a little wierd in all righthanders.
With about 20 mins to go, Bruno again caught up with me and after some more clean fighting managed to slip pass as a I went a little wide letting another car one lap up pass.
I managed to stick with him for some laps but eventually had to let him go as I was now the cause of a little trouble: I was being lapped by a Seat (blue/yellow) and going close behind him into t1 I misjudged my breakpoint on shot tires and accidentally passed/outbraked him, which is a) bad style and b) not what I wanted to do at all. Luckily we didn't touch much but he must have lost some seconds. Truly sorry, any incident report will be accepted.
Last laps I just cruised home with Bruno now 10secs away and the guy behind 10 secs away, too.
Finished 24th of 26 still running, tick off #2

fantastic race, really enjoyed myself, thx admins for setting this up, looks like a great start to a great season. Donni was nicely packed with a grid of 30, hoping for a full grid again next time.
edit: just found a note I made to myself after practice: One skin not showing: Jonas Orfelt (?) blue and yellow Seat shows default without number, which means a skin is being used I don't have on my harddrive. Can this be solved?

Thats was a hard race.
Q: Was so close. Got 10th at the end but 0.50 faster and i was 3 places up.
Race: Clean first laps. Followed Matthias and Ryan and was followed by Wesley and Andreas. Wesley spun after some laps. Dont know really what happened maybe i breaked abit earlier then normal to avoid Matthias and that threw you off?
Great racing in the group after that with Ryan, Matthias, Andreas, Reggie and me. Very close. Lap 6 i got a good run on Matthias on the backstraight and could outbrake him for the position. Lap or 2 later Ryan got a bad exit out of the final chicane and i could make a move in T1. We had some side to side action but i got the inside line for the position. After that i use the battle behind me to create a gap.
Close to the end of the first stint i could pass Dan who had some trouble and was lagging quite bad btw. Held him off for some laps until he made a little mistake. Think i was arround 6th position when i pitted. To my surprise i got 3th,4th and 5th after we all pitted. Now i had Diogo and Hugo behind me. Rest of the race the gap was arround 2 or 3 sec. Wasnt expecting really i could hold them off but managed in some way to the end of the race. To a podium. Really happy with that and a far better result then i expected.

First, great job everybody - around me it was very good and fair racing :good:.

Race: Hang me on to the group in front of me, later it was a TBR train with Ryan, Ivo, Matthias and me :wink:. After 17 laps i got the message my tyres are worn, from that tried all to stay as near as possible. Before that already Reggie came to us in the group, was nice driving from then what i could watched. Pitted with 33 min to go, maybe a lap too early afterwards. Unfortunately we came out directly behind Ryan and due fight for position i could not use my new tyres optimal. A race incident with Reggie (Sorry for that touch) bring me down in big fighting group around Oscar. With the very worn tyres (under 30% :tongue to the end i was more or less defenseless and had to let pass two cars more and finished in P14. Think will be a hard season but anyway it was nice racing tonight. Maybe another track will fit me better althougt Hugo and Yuri had also problems with the distance.

it was me..i think you will let me pass after that corner...because u didnt move from ideal line so i was behind and wait after corner..u brake hard and very early in my view and i didnt have time to react..shame i destroy my car and lost 3-4 places...and then with damage car it was only goal to finish race.
Quali was pretty good 6th place. Start race and half of race was good, after pit i lost many place and drop 10th (from 5th)..after incident with Eckhart my car was not so fast and control was not so good so i try my best and finish 11..before race if someone told me i will be 11 i will take that, but after first half of race i wont to be in top 10, my race lap was good and my car was nice...so in the and i was little disappointed but general race was very good, many fights, and dam good drivers...ones again gz podium..

Did many practice before this event. But my concentration was gone during the race.... And those tyrewalls are hard with 200kmph

Qualifying: managed to get into the 1,12,XXX but still a few tenths of my PB. Got P26
Race: P24:
Well race didn’t start well when I had a little bumper action with Chris Sykes when he stopped harshly, couldn’t react in time, but it seems that no harm was done . (only to my suspension)
Started ok had actually left a gap too big for the re-start (was worried of more collisions).
Nothing really happened in the early laps as I had gaps in front and behind me.
Until I lost concentration and had a off. Now was in the last few positions.
The race was going without much incident until my stop, which I am not happy with what happen there. I was coming into the pits, when I slowed down to get into the pits, there were a few cars racing fiercely so I decided to be a bit cautious and try to make a safe final comers, managed to navigate all of them reasonably ok, when I was coming into the pits I slowed down but unfortunately the leader (I believe it was Miguel ) went in too hot into the pits and basically slammed into me and sent me into the wall knocking out the front of my car :frown: (more disappointed than angry at this), this basically took me out of the race I was having with Georgios, I think it also affected Miguel as well (shame that a little patience would had avoided this).
When exiting the pits another bad luck when Hugo (looks like from the replay he saw me late) had an collision with me (I think this is more to do with the exit of the pit lane because it’s very blind there I couldn’t see him at all in the mirrors) After that was getting it home, with a damaged car.
Had nice battles with ppl out there some clean stuff which is very positive for the season (normally the 1st race of a series is always the dirtiest). Had fun in the 1st race and see you all next race.
