Actually they have picked their custom skin but for some reason it hasn't shown in the game. You can tell that they selected a custom skin because the cars number is blank.

So the picked a custom skin that isnt in the offical skinpack.

We had that skin issue in G4 aswell. It was a coming and going of the right skins, for example Jay Adgie was first shown with blank numberplate and default skin aswell.

He reinstalled the skinpack with both fixes and then it worked, he had the Single Driver skin, so the people, who seem to have the placeholder skin on their cars should just try to reinstall the skinpack, or make sure both hotfixes are installed.

Watch races as spectator?

Yesterday I joined the group 1 server as a spectator, looking forward to some great racing, but I got the boot from the server about halway through practice.
Is it not possible to wacth the races and why?

Unfortunately, joining as a spectator uses up one of the available player slots, and since we need the full capacity of the servers in order to host 25 drivers in each, spectating is not permitted.

as my knowlege goes the server has 25 spots at all so if there will be one spec only 24 spots left
that would be left one of the qualyfirers out of the race thats prolly why you got booted out
someone correct me if i am wrong
