So are people able to join the server? It would seem so, yet I've re-booted 3 times, re-launched the sim countless times, clicked everywhere, refreshed the lobby list, etc. and I never get a Join button. vMod is installed. I can join the FSR test server as well as my FSR team's server but never this one.

Edit: Aaaaand after all that, now it just suddenly works for no apparent reason. So what if race time comes and some people can't join?

same happened to me tonight in a club race. couldn't join and got one quali lap in. resulted in me starting last!

If Marco is around during the event; he could at one point restart the server; after that everyone can definatly join for an atleast short period of time.

I really did not expect to still have no new build around with a fix until now

So far I could always join the vwsr-server though

Has the password been changed for the 3.5 server ? I was on there a couple of days ago with the password we have been using since race 1 but I cant get on tonight.

Yes, I will be there off course. Have to change your grid positions.
New build is pending for early next week. Unfortunately not on time for our event.

Made a second install only to test if the skin works there in the showroom.


It doesn't. I don't understand this.

I am quite sure I did everything to make it work.

Do we turn back on "Download custom skins" again or should it be left off as per the last race ?

Would leave it as it was. I think the server will be disabled to avoid issues tonight.

I just made a new install for the server, and did some testing with the skin transfer. It seems to work again, so the server for tonight is ENABLED
If you join, and your game freezes or stutters for longer times, logout, and join again with the option disabled in your settings screen.

Skin sharing is on, so be free to use your own custom skins again.

Erm... I put Bahrain into the packages folder, but it doesn't show up in the mod manager. Do I need to update to 494? Or I am having yet another problem?

Thinking about not racing. This isn't fun.
