United States & Canada

Usually the races are around 45 to 50 minutes. We were requiring a mandatory pitstop but that's not in the plans this season. Maybe next season we'll make the races just long enough that one can't make it on a tank of fuel so that more strategy will enter the picture.

Sorry to hear that Marcel. We'll miss you in the league and at all the club races!:disapointed:
Take care of yourself and follow the doctor's orders so you can join us again soon in all good health!

What about mandatory pitstop with just a 2 tire change minimum. People can run full tank or fuel @ the pitstop. Lot;s o' strategy options plus fewer tire related skids @ the end of a long race

One problem with mandatory pit stops is that evo seems to be a bit erratic with the pits. Some people get "stuck" in the pits.... many get several extra seconds because the car won't stop..... The pits are not a smooth running part of the evo game. At least that's my experience.

Use manual pit stops then. Its soooo easier and saves all this fuss. Make it a rule that everyone has to use manual pit stop. All it takes is a few practice runs and then when practising on the track just enter the pts and see when you have to slow down and what sortof entry exit it is. Doesnt take long and can go a far way between getting a few seconds.

Marcel,

so sorry to hear you are not well. We have yet to race together but judging by the responses here, you are liked and respected.

Definitely don't mess around w/ an infection of any type. get well soon.

And that tendonitis type thing in your wrists, I got that once when I was like 13 and my Mom said my eyes would cross if I kept at it!:cyclops::faint2::loco:

get well soon hope I made you laugh!
