Most of them are part of PanAmerican Racing and are on teams. You have to be on a team to register on GPCOS, so...

on a side note, i almost cried when i briefly couldn't find our forums, but then i was overwhelmed with joy when i eventually found it

Only track I can think of off the top of my head that would be fun with those is Nurburgring GP. I don't know enough of the tracks by heart but I'll take a look at some when I get home. The "Miller" on page one. Is that Miller Motorsports Park in Utah?

Yes, but forget about it. It has some problems in the race.
