Was just racing at Malayasia, 49th lap my camera shakes rather violently. I couldn't work out what had just happened. A few corners later I noticed 4th gear had failed. That was a nice unexpected surprise.

great job!....only one problem...is it only me having a problem where there are only 8 cars in q3 during the season...and...during qualifying isn't it allowed to use drs everywhere in the track?...because now it's only usable in the drs zones...thank you...anyway your mod really makes the game a lot more alive...the ai just couldn't be better...
 
The dry weather mod is a separate installation. The release notes clearly say it can be found on the overview page. It's not included by default
Ok. I misunderstood this; "- Lowered chance of Heavy and Light rain for all tracks by roughly 50% or more (dynamic_environment_settings table) " My bad,I thought that this is in the newest patch.Anyway,mod is brilliant!

I thinks thats because the grid has now two less teams so in the knockout sessions two extra cars are being eliminated hence only 8 left for Q3.

On a side note, that dry weather mod really fixed the game for me. Finally i can enjoy it! Great mod but i have one observation, so far in the 3 times i had played career Alonso has won all the races. Maybe just a coincidence but it is a bit weird.

I've added the part about 8 drivers progressing to Q3 to the disclaimers section on the overview page.
In 2013 you can only use DRS in the designated zones for all sessions...get with the times :p

First off, my preemptive apologies because I'm about to be a dick.
That being said; This isn't really the place to be asking this type of question. Sorry to pick on you but this discussion has gotten a bit out of control with people asking how to change this, that, and the other thing. This discussion should be regarding this particular mod only, not general modding questions such as yours. I'm getting a little tired of answering everyone's questions on how to change every possible minute detail of this mod.
Here's the bottom line: I spent the time learning how to modify the game in order to achieve what I want to achieve. I've also put some tips and tricks on the overview page to assist with general issues. So, now it's your (aka everyone who's reading this, not just you...again, sorry to pick on you)....but now it's your guys' turn to do some homework, do some reading, and find out how to change what you want to change. I'll be as helpful as I can, but I'm not going to spoon feed you all information anymore. It detracts from the main discussion, which should be about correcting issues or making improvements to this mod, not how to customize things to your own personal liking.

Sorry! But I asked here because I use Your MOD and I feel, thet the AI is faster during qualifying then the race. I already changed the track_difficulties table and now I feel better the race difficulty, but not the qualifying. So I would to do some changes in the DATABASE to personalize it, if it possible! I'm not lazy to search for it, but I can't find! :)

Agreed...the AI is almost always (if not always) faster in qualifying than in race due to lower fuel loads and fresher tyres.
Try using mix 3 and the option tyres in Q3 if you're having issues progressing to Q2. Use mix 3 in Q2 as well if there's still issues.
 
I seem to have found a sweet spot for the difficulty by reducing the values track_difficulty for professional. I made an average between professional and medium. I play with a ps3 controller and no assists except traction control medium.

In addition, I have an observation regarding quick setup parameters. The values for ride height and spring stiffness, when choosing a dry quick setup, are reversed. Ride height goes up and spring stiffness goes down. I dont know if this is an intended change but without the patch is the other way around.
