WIP. Mod description:
Due to database.bin and b_nonpersistent.pssg I have to merge 3 mods in one.
Tracks convert and retro tracks addon, upraded classic formula (helmets, suits, bolids skins, McLaren MP4/4 with Senna & Prost) and player helmets menu.
This mod includes my mod "Hockenheim Istanbul Valencia", remake of my mod "Player helmets" and new work - "McLaren MP4/4 team".
McLaren MP4/4 team made in williams80 slot on lotus86 car model. It includes car skin, pilots and pitcrew skins, game menu, editing power of the new team to be competitive in the lead.

Thanks to many people for helmets in player menu.

And I need some help. I need original language_eng.lng file to make the mod english localisation version. Send me plz...

You can get the language you need through steam. Just go to the properties for the game and you'll see language you want to play the game in....this will load the English language if English is selected.
 
Ok, thxs. Only the one file will be loaded? Not any more game changes?
Not too sure on that....it should be only the language file but I couldn't say for sure. You could always just back up the whole game file somewhere else then just swap them back if it changes more than the language. Even if it does....at least this way you'd have the language file you wanted.
 
Send me the psb of the car you work with and then i can make it for you. A simple BMP or DDS won't do it. I need every logos on different layers.
i didn't have it anymore because when I finish to paint a car I mix every sponsor and every layer with the base skin

You won't be able to do a speccoc file without the seperate layers.

Not a proper one anyway....you'll be best doing just a blank one....all logos etc painted out.

As ML mentioned that's not a good way really. I keep my works on psb every time and then mix up to save as BMP then convert to DDS for importing but not saving the psb merged as one layers as i will need it for the specocc making.
 
Would be easier, quicker and have a better end result just to do a logo-less speccoc.......at worst the logos would have the same reflective values as the paint itself, nothing worse.
 
New Project : Gillette Fusion Mclaren Mercedes (2014)
Changed name to Kevin Magnussen as Perez will be leaving Mclaren at the end of year
You can see that on the second picture , changed flag to danish too as of course that's his nationality.
Changed numbers due to the current standings of the team , they will have these numbers next year but i can still do number 5 or 6 version but i think this is more realistic. Hope you like it. Will do a fly emirates chrome version too:)

Do not really like the current design....so tried to incorporate the AMG lines, whilst trying to keep the Hamilton look......still want you to be able to look at the helmet and still think Hamilton.

EDIT:- After Suplas timely intervention (why couldn't he mention it sooner) :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:.....I may have to redo the cars and helmets with the new Petronas font. Might not....but might. Depends on workload.

Don't know how to do the cool renders or material edits.. (any help or suggestions would be great)...but I made me a helmet for career mode in toro rosso. I am still drawing a blank on the top of the helmet design... thought of various things... cracked glass... a brick pattern... star patterns ...tried even a moss pattern...

Any help on how to export this from photoshop? a tga file and then replace the respective bespoke helmet pssg file texture in ryder's pssg editor?
