In answer to our old mate Muz.. We are nearly there (but no, Im not giving a timeframe because I can't).
The work that you see in the Vid is the Ultra high poly (Max) quality meshes. All games use a rang of Max - Low level of detail meshes as the distances get further away. This is the delay.
The High, Med and Low level Meshs for the 4 cars are currently under development.
There is no way you could run the game with a reasonable Frame Rate with the Max Models only.
But.... rest assured... There will be a lot of content for you to enjoy...
