Here's my rig, so much left to upgrade but so little space, time and money to do so :p

My Sennheiser PC 360 G4ME headset, a truly epic pair of headset which I recommend wholeheartedly. Extremely comfy, great sound and a superb mic, only drawback is that there's dust build up in the volume knob which leads to crackling noises when adjusting the volume on the headset, but I tend to use the one in Windows instead so not a big issue.

Here's how I stop the chair from rolling when I'm braking, it works better than you'd expect, but occasionally I'll brake too hard and have the chair move out of these rubber cups, which is a disaster if it's a multiplayer race, so I'm looking for a better solution.

My labelwriter been put to good use on my DSD CSW Panel as well as the two wheels.

My inverted CSR Elite pedals with DSD Tilton style pads on them, lovely set of pedals but does develop a squeak which needs regular oiling. Moved the brake and throttle closer to eachother for easier heel/toeing.

The Next Level Racing Wheel stand is great, but it does come with a few issues, one of them being the ract that they come with a screw with a knob head for tightening it up when you fold it up, but with a regular nut on the inside, I found I had to use a wrench every time I wanted to fold or unfold my wheel stand so I bought myself some wing nuts instead to save myself the time. I've also sent this among some other things as feedback to Pagnian but they didn't seem to take me seriously.

With the angle bracket on the CSW wheel base I got this great compartment underneath the wheelbase itself to tuck away some of the wiring, I've also fixed a cover for this since this pic was taken, I'll upload images of that in a few days.

One of the hassles with taking the wheelstand in and out was connecting all 3 USB cables, especially since I don't have ports available for it at the front of my PC. So I bought this 7 port powered USB hub which I stuck some velcro tape on and mounted it underneath the wheel deck. This way I only have 1 USB connector and 2 AC cables to connect when hooking up my rig.

My simracing shoes, gots to be racing in style! :p
On a more serious note, I need shoes with those pedals of mine, especially when I had the stock aluminum pedals cos it really hurt my foot when heel/toeing.

So this is what it looks like when folded up and ready to tuck away.

Lastly, this entire rig weighs in at a whooping 29,4 KGs! You're not going to throw it around like an empty cardboard box, but it's manageble.
This is weighed without any rim attached to the base, I once tuck it away with the BMW rim mounted and I won't be doing that again anytime soon as that adds another ~2,2 KG to it.

As mentioned earlier I've made myself a cover for the compartment underneath the wheel base where I hid the cables, I've also added a "hardmounted" keyboard to my rig since these pics where taken (both of them where added later the same day actually) so I'll add a couple more pics of those within a few days.

Awesome man. The way you described it didnt do it justice. Its fantastic mate for the space its fit into!

I have the same headset, and the same problem. It's quite easy to get rid of this problem. Just turn the volume knob up and down quickly many times in a row and the crackling noise will go away.

If you're buying a good headset for simracing, then also consider Sennheiser's G4ME Zero (http://en-us.sennheiser.com/g4me-zero). I have that one too and I slightly prefer it (but both are excellent choices).

Office grade cheap PC unit upgraded to weapons grade with the application of carbon fibre look stick on. Yes its not an optical illusion its parked into the book case-that was the deal!
CSW V2/Formula Wheel (where do I get one of those label writers?)
Plain CSR Pedals with a mod using 2X RC Shock absorbers.
Oh and Dashmeter Pro on a Tesco Hudl, I did a deal with my 8 year old daughter @ £1 per month added to her pocket money.

The Mugen's is the shock you want, Little more expensive, but its an Major upgrade from Cheap China Shocks.

Kjell Adding the mugen does not Void the warranty what so ever, its a direct bolt on.

Well, heres my first ever cockpit... it's not a scratch on the surface of anybodies here though.

Speedblack Evo Stand
Thrustmaster TX Wheel

The stands rear legs fit under the sofa quite nicely so it doesn't move, its surprisingly sturdy!

Until i decorate the spare room to convert it into my office this is how it'll have to be

Note: The sofa has to be moved to this position whenever i want to race, it isn't usually like this

Does anybody else feel that the weight of the BMW wheel ruins the force feedback, even with the CSW V2
Not at all, I find myself using that much more than the formula rim. I find that the BMW rim adds a bit of natural dampening and makes the ffb less direct and sharp, just add I'd expect from the cars that I use it on, which is ton tops mostly. For the smaller/lighter cars like open wheelers I use the formula rim. I love having the choice between the two!
