Bram, it´s totally hand made, but if someone needs help I can help to build one as that. It´s the easiest thing in the world. I can make it if someone ask me to do it. :)
This could be great painted as the Leon and with all those vinyls.

The most dificult thing is to ask your wife to let you put that wooden box somewhere in the house... lol

Horsepower: ATI X850XT / ATI 7000 Both w/Digital Cables
Torque: Samsung 205BW 20.1" Wide FPD / 930B 19" FPD
Wheels: ECCI 6000 FLD w/Pocono Wheel
Pedals: ECCI (Unfortunately no clutch)
Shifter: TSW Speedshifter (six-speed gated shifter)
Exhaust: Logitech 5.1 Surround & Plantronics Headset (Mostly use headset)
Misc: Track IR Pro, Xkeys, on board fire extinguisher. ;-)

No blueprints, but there is a thread over at RSC that gives a pretty good description of the sim. You can find it here. This is actually my third sim cockpit that I've built and although I'm pretty happy with it, I am planning on building another. There are a couple of minor changes, like the position of the Speedshifter, that I would change in the next version.

Actually, the first sim I ever built was an F1 "mini pod" as I called it. You can check it out here. There are lots of pics of the construction and some detailed instructions on how I built the button boxes. I don't have this sim anymore, but it was pretty fun to build and great fun to race in.
