Im sorry to go on about this but that's the rule we have a RD and all drivers must obay it plain and simple..
if you drive to our rules your driving will never be questioned. i don't have time to check every car on every corner to see if an advantage is gained or if it was deliberate or accident.
So we have simple rules to make it easy for all.. If we see somebody cutting or running wide we will say something because its not allowed and breaking our rules..
So that is the answer and its not open for discussion or interpretation and it will not change.
