This league will be on invitational basis only!

Some drivers participated in S1,2 and 3 will receive an invitation to join the league, after the invitations are send and replied the entry list will be updated. Interested drivers, with a licensed membership and ranking status, can apply for the available places but we decide who will eventually drive based on a few criteria:

- driving standards
- commitment
- participation in previous RD leagues

This means that some people will be disappointed but that is unfortunately the downside of this system. We might open up a second server for a second group that will be the feeder series for the next seasons.


Sign-up agreement

Signing up for the league is a contract that your signing meaning that if you sign off at any giving moment after signing up is a breach of the contract. Braking the contract will result in consequences that can go as far as your licensed member status beeing remove or you beeing forbidden to participate to any other RD leagues for a year.

Practice: On race day the servers will be open all day to practice
Super Pole Qualification: 19:00 GMT (15 minutes)
Warm-up: 19:15 GMT (10 minutes)
Race: 19:25 GMT (between 60-80 minutes including formation lap)

Having you own livery is mandatory, if you can not create your own we encourage you to ask help from the community.

Absense

This is the most important part of the league briefing you need to understand! If you are allowed to drive the in league we expect you to be present during all races of the season. If you happen to miss out on an event and go missing in action afterwards without giving any notice the race staff reserve the rights to terminate your licensed member status on RaceDeparment.

Incidents

It may happen that rules get violated. In such cases it is up to the drivers to report the violation. The staff encourages this and will only investigate incidents that are reported by drivers.

No report = no investigation = no penalty

A report can be sent to the staff by private message. It must always contain:

o Name of the league: RDCCC S4
o The name of the reported driver (the violator)
o A link to a youtube or vimeo movie that shows the incident in various angles
o A short description of the incident, without rant.

You must always send the report with your own forum account. You can only send a report if you were actually in the race. Report from outsider will be not be considered.
After sending the staff will then investigate the incident. Incomplete reports will not be considered.

Reports must be sent within 48 hours of the finish of the race. Reports that come in too late might not be considered.

I just want my Realtime weather Freddie http://www.wunderground.com/US/MI/Detroit.html :D It says Dry and thats what i trained for. Unfortunately i cant practice today so this will be an unprepared rain session.

Well looks like I will be able to make it as we are back a bit earlier than expected, but will not have much time for practice, which should not be a problem as I have never reached the finish round here in dry race never mind wet.
 
Well, that didn't last very long - I think the problem was created when I re-mapped a button during warm-up - going into and out of the controls menu. The car had almost no brakes at the start of the race, and motec was showing brake pedal position all over the place. Just glad I managed not to get into anyone.
 
Another desync for me while in 11th with no pitstops to make. I seem to desync every rain race. Expansion packs LOL they should fix the game problems first.

OiOiOi silly me I took wets on my last pit and lost my 30 sek lead it was good that I hade big lead becouse I would have lost to third place aswell.Grats to Peter nice drive to front and Martin to third place...

I made a good qualy after being nowhere in practice. Started, on dry tyres, 13th and got a great start and was fighting for 9th with Dariusz but settled for 10th. I had a big fight there with Jan and Peter. THey evetually got passed me when I made a mistake in turn 6. I then spun there a couple of laps later so was then down to 15th. I worked my way back up to 11 again before the first pistops. Had a good pitstop and gained some time... Then my wets started to go off after only 5 laps. Hit the wall a little - suspension damage that resulted in seconds lost every lap. Then spun out of turn 1 and lost my splitter. Way too early to pit so tryed to stay out but I was everywhere. Managed of course to spin right after a blind corner so had to reverse down a small straight to not jeopardise wanyone of the leaders. Apparently this was on the broadcast :redface: Went in and DOH! forgot to repair the damge so all that for nothing. Had to go in again and after that I was in no mans land. Thought for a second about quitting but then saw I was still 14th so stayed in but on cruise control. Gained a place when Bob M discoed so finished 13th. The last 20 laps was surely my most boring laps ever. The beginning however was very fun as I was punching above my weight :)

Grats Peter, don't know how you did that coming form the back but damn you are fast. Grats to the rest of the podium and all the rest to!

Qualified in 11'th after a huge mistake in T1...

Race was interesting and hard, and not trouble free.
I managed to knock of my front spoiler both during the first stint as well as during the 2'nd. Luckily the handling of the car wasn't that bad without the spoiler.

Had some close and fun fights during the race, especially with Kevin L.

Finished in a 8'th place

Finally managed to complete a race, after suffering disconnections in the first three rounds.
15th place but I was catching Neil Gault and pushed just a little too much and ended up in a tyre wall with a front right puncture.
I'm just happy to complete my first race this season and I'm looking forward to the next round.

Practice: i was struggeling and was barely able to stay in the top ten.

Qualy: very good qualy lap and to my surprise good enought for third place on the grid :D

Race: i will start by saying that i was totally in the dark as it came to tyre choice, finally took the gamble and went for dry tyres. my start wasn,t that good and lost a few place at T1 but for the first few laps i was able to not lose too much time to the 4 guy's infront of me. the first stint went well and some how i manage to stay on track longer then the guy's infront of me but i lost a few second in the pits cause i forgot to confirm my pits strategy. went for 4 dry tyres and a full tank and came out in 7th place where i stayed the entire stint. during that stint i also checked my fuel usage so i could change my fuel load for the second pitstop. came in with 9 laps to go in the race, took 4 dry tyres and 52L of fuel and came out in 7th place 9 sec behind Martin but i noticed that i was gaining fast on him so i decided to push and try to catch him. with 5 laps to go Andreas went off so i was now in 6th place around 2 seconds behin Martin and still gaining on him. the few last lap i was right behind him putting pressure and on lap 44 he made a mistake at T2 and ran much too wide and was dead slow coming out of the corner allowing me to get on the inside for T3 giving me P5 where i finished the race.

FINALLY a good result for but it was a hard race, Grats to Peter and the podium :)
