Track Map & Red Zone:
The red zone for Round 2 applies from the start line to the exit of Turn 4 during the first lap of the race. Incidents that occur in this zone will be automatically looked at and scrutinized more heavily, and may be punished more severely. The objective of the red zone is to promote a clean start to the race so that everyone can get through the first lap unscathed. Erratic changes of direction, contact and crashes will be penalized more harshly if found guilty.

Pit-lane Exit:
When exiting the pit-lane at Circuit Park Zandvoort, drivers must not cross the solid white line (highlighted red) before re-entering the track. As you approach Turn 1, the pit exit lane changes to a dotted line, this is where you are allowed to start feeding back into the racing line. The blue line in the picture below is the safest way of doing so. By taking the green line, you are legally re-entering the track, however the angle may not be entirely safe. Please take extra caution when re-entering the track as cars will be approaching at high speed.

Cars will be judged to have re-entered safely or un-safely on a case-by-case basis. This will be applied automatically during Qualifying and the race. During practice it will not be officiated, however you can still be penalised if someone reports you.

Oh and on a side note guys I have effectively pre booked everyone in the league for the PRACTICE server..
What this means is everyone should get their own skin on the league practice server.
This does not mean that you will get it in the league race server you must still choose your correct skin in single player so that you get the correct one in the official race booking servers.

if you don't get your own skin (@Casper , @Alex Townsend please let me know:)

Cheers

whats article 6.1

6.1 The track and cutting
Racing happens on the track, not off the track. To create a clear picture of what the track is and where to drive a definition is provided here. The track is a strip, usually of tarmac or concrete, edged by clear lines (usually white, sometimes yellow). Everything outside these lines is not part of the track. So curbstones, grass areas, gravel traps, walls and tarmac or concrete outside the lines are not part of the track. Sometimes there are no lines. In that case the track is edged by curbstones, grass areas, gravel traps or walls; whatever is the nearest.

Drivers must always, whilst being in control of the car, remain within the track edges and thus over the track surface with at least two wheels. When a driver takes a shorter, off-track, route through a corner, the move is considered as cutting. Cutting is forbidden at all times. When a driver is reported cutting he risks a penalty. When a driver takes a longer, off-track, route, around the corner, it is also considered cutting. RaceDepartment tolerates minor violations of the rules in the case of taking the longer route, however excessive violation will still be penalised.

In order for drivers to be exempt from penalty, they must lift off 100% of the throttle for at least a full second immediately after a cut that isn't caused by loss of car control. When racing on track, all drivers can approach track limits by weighing up the following scenarios:
  1. Remain within the track limits, and never worry about being penalised.
  2. Exceed track limits and then have to lift off, thus losing an appropriate amount of time.
  3. Lose control of their car and lose a lot of time.
  4. Don't lift off and receive a penalty.

With all the damage I had in the first 9 laps I am surprised I only went out of bounds twice. Need to cut that down to 0 this time around
