Gap to Fangio was around 8 actually. The dry tyres absolutely go terrible especially past 50-60 wetness levels. Inters are optimum around those values which was used by Szisz. Wets are also good to go as we saw Fangio's massive advantage. Expecting a 5.5 loss is a bit optimistic under these conditions. Furthermore, there is pitstop randomization as well. However, it is curious to see the difference of lost time between Clark and Peterson. I tried to figure out the problem, but could not spot any. A bad pitstop should affect around 1-1,5 maximum.

One possible explanation might be that Bellof caught him before the stops and overtaking randomization decreased their speeds. But the system did not give an "Overtook" or "Blocked" message. Really not sure. Excel's randomization system went nuts for a moment? Very low possibility, but might happen. I am sorry if there is a mistake, but i updated the game as usual as i have always did.
Gap to Fangio was exactly 9, to be precise. Ok, 5.5 was optimistic, add another 1.0 for wrong tyres, and 1.5 for a slowest possible stop. That still leaves almost 2.0 he's been doing what, having an icecream?

Honestly sucks :/. Did the play safe maybe have an undesired effect?

Checked that as well. Might be related to changing wetness levels going crazy when the game calculates the speeds, but it should not happen, or happen to all drivers. I am really clueless.

oh well, got to fight back on track then. I blame the icecream, took him too long to eat it :roflmao:. Thanks for investigating :)

Regarding the "no retirements", I guess Omer installed a "Super-Durable-Engine" on everyone's cars, so that no one retires from an engine failure? :roflmao:

1st lap
PET easy low
BEL easy low

ALO easy low
CLA easy low

2nd lap
PET easy low
BEL easy low

ALO easy low
CLA easy low

All 4 don't fight each other, if one's faster than the other let him pass.

I do not make such big changes without documenting them. Engines are highly developed and reliable, hence the less engine fails we have now.

Today, I simulated 17 laps trying to find a cause for the problem. Changing wetness, tyre wears, pitstop randomness etc etc... Really strange to find no problems. It is as if Peterson manually slowed down by me, that is the only explanation.

Got no alerts but I'm lucky not to miss it.

How can Ric consume more fuel on safe-medium then all my other drivers?

Lap 1:
Ric: safe and low revs. You have enough wear, free to make mistakes.
Vettel: safe, high, use ERS and pit in to fix *** chassis. New wet tyres and 37lit fuel.
Kubica: safe, medium revs, use ERS, pray and and pit. New wet tyres and 37lit fuel.
Raikkonen: prepare icecream for others, it's only 6 laps left.

Lap 2:
All: continue, without mistakes if you can

EDIT: Omer, don't look into this. It looks like things changed with wetness, but let's see how it will go until the end.
