RD Formula Manager - Season 5

@Azabadaza - Magnificent qualifying effort put your new team into spotlight, but the race did not go so great. How was your experience in the first race?
It was a very interesting experience in the teams first race. We didn't have any idea exactly what our speed would be like compared to the more experienced teams so we went all out in quali, and in hindsight we probably went too hard.
As for the race, the double stacking in the pits on lap 1 will cause us to think about and change strategy in future. The race was travelling nicely for Lella before a mistake in calculations meant I ran both cars out of fuel in consecutive laps.
An unfortunate ending to the teams first race in the series but we've learnt a lot from the experience and look forward to the rest of the season.

@airutonpurosuto8912 - Really solid points today. Was "slow and steady wins the race" your motto in this race?]
Yeah. The safer we go, the lesser the mistakes. Let me go to my "short race review"...
Kamui was blocked by Schumacher in the first two laps, Felipe collided with another driver on the opening lap, Reggiani's engine died and Magnussen's chassis was very tired.
I should keep an eye on Nitro's chassis more than Canon's.

@rubaru - First race of the team and it was not great as far as we think. But you must have retrieved some great knowledge which is necessary for the rest of the season?

No, not great in terms of how we finished the race, but certainly important in learning about how everything works on the cars. We're aiming to improve in several areas and hopefully have a better showing in Malaysia.

Considering my current budget is zero (100Cr for the race, 100Cr to Sasha for the engine deal), I will not be making any marketplace selections.

MARKETPLACE is CLOSED!

Testing Results (Direct upgrades by the manufacturers are not listed here!)
- Aston Martin got 2 speed upgrades
- Blackcat go 1 Reliability and 10 Fuel Tank upgrade
- Riferra got 1 Durability

Silver Soul Risky - +2 Car Durability Level
Canon Risky - Michelin wet compounds got 2 speed levels
Grip Risky - +2 Car Durability Level

THE MALAYSIAN GRAND PRIX QUALIFYING BEGINS! It will end on Saturday (Earlier if all managers give their orders before).

Good luck all!

- Aston Martin got 2 speed upgrades
- Blackcat go 1 Reliability and 10 Fuel Tank upgrade
and THAT is why we can't be competitive. Our monetary resources can't match the ones of Aston, and the ones we can somehow pull out of the bag, saving every little penny, go to these worthless fueltank and durability upgrades

Therefore I formally announce that, unless this mysterious engine development team I am hiring steps up their paths so Blackcat users can challenge for wins, I am going to give my team away to one of the current customers of Blackcat (at least so the engine doesn't go to waste).

You're starting to sound like Sauber

I just realized that i forgot to write changelog after the previous race:
- Tyre wear slightly adjusted to prevent "0" wear situation occurred in the first race. A minor change.

Edit: DOH! I also realized there is no information about the "fuel upgrade" item at the marketplace list. It simply decreases fuel consumption values per lap.
