You have to buy Hakkinen unless someone outbids you. You can't give up your bids, if we let it, it would be exploited greatly. And mess things up. There has to be regulations.

@T.Yamaguchi - Welcome, you can do your team purchases after we finish driver biddings. Right now, i ignore all non-driver purchases before we handle the drivers.

Maximum 2 upgrades per marketplace period and maximum two driver trainings per driver in each marketplace period. +2 for Loeb is OK, but Rossi can't get 3. (And i will ask everyone to re-consider their team purchases after we handle driver biddings. You don't need to finish non-driver purchases right now.)
