P.S. @Omer Said : do prices for engines mean that BMW with lvl0 is better than upgraded Ferrari/Renault? Or prices are given for base speed (with all lvl0)?

Yes a little bit maybe.

You can't sell drivers you won and there is actually no selling mechanism in the game, you have to release unwanted drivers and they can't race for another team in the same season.

So here is the latest situation:
